Customer service is excellent and they respond to needs right away. I have never had an issue and am very happy with their service. Most Definitely worth the vaule.

Always responsive and goes to the other degree to get you information or answers. The are always reminding me monthly about common maintenance items i need to keep up with. I have had any issues with my docs or home ownership since I started 5 years or so ago. They are wonderful and gives you peace of mind.

William was very helpful and informative about Homelock and the other benefits available to me.
We had a great conversation about these opportunities, and a little about life in general that related to Homelock.
I’m very satisfied with the outstanding aid he provided.

I never had any problem with them soon as something happened there right on it they are number one in my book I don't worry about nothing cuz they going to get hold to you and let you know what's going on if anything happened with your property. if I can get them 20 Stars got to be great

The associate was very informative and knowledgeable. He investigated whether my properties were involved in any suspicious activity. Then explained my options.

I talked to several companies and felt very comfortable with Brody and his professionalism . He answered my specific questions and concerns with consise answers. He also provided me with other products and services that I could review at my leisure.

With other businesses, customer service is sometimes NO customer service. But not with HomeLock. Brody immediately contacted me. My issue was resolved in minutes. I have been with DomiDocs since 2/26/24. They have been consistanty sending me reports every month. When there has been any activity I wanted to follow up on their customer service was right there to answer my questions.

This company is 5 star. I get my monthly reports which show any alerts even if it's just an update at the city level. I just received immediate chat response from Brody who assisted with a question. So responsive and gave me relief from an anxious moment. Much appreciated assistance.

We just sold one home and bought another. During the sales process, I routinely received alerts as my property made its way through the sales process giving me confidence that I would indeed get reports if someone else were to attempt to perpetrate a sale without my knowledge and consent.

The customer service at DomiDocs is outstanding!! I have used their “chat” program on several occasions and they are so helpful while making it a quick response. I feel very confident that if I ever have an issue I will be notified very quickly. I have been a customer for many years. I highly recommend them!

July i wrote a bad experience with Domi Docs, I was frustrated about if I own my property. The county recorder had a sell and buyer name on my dead’s. Finally found out who was giving my BS. Domi Docs cleared it all up!! Feels good knowing that I own my property!!!!! Good People!!!!

There has been things Domi Doc say that on my dead’s. Go to the recorder, nothing on my dead. Hear lately listed me as the owner, Max as the seller,Tyler as the buyer. Checked with the local police, recorder, and an Attorney. All three says my dead is good. The one recorder looked up the booking number, she said my parcel number and Cubs is the same, except one number. Called to talk to the lady about this, she was off work, called again and left message. No return calls
