The staff selling these creams in the shopping mall in DC is rude and toxic. They trick you into trying it on and then say how bad your skin is, trying to awaken your insecurities to make you buy their products. I have never experienced such bad treatment from the sales team.

My order was incorrect. I received an item I did not order and did not receive an item I order. One of the products I received was defective and nothing has been done about it. I have sent 2 messages regarding this with no reply.

I still have yet to receive my product.

I’m not going to outright say whether this product is or isn’t a scam. It’s definitely expensive—but I did notice some differences and decided to give it a shot. I purchased the surgical lifting eye cream, eye serum, exfoliation treatment, and moisturizer for a total of $439. I was assured that a little goes a long way and that it should last a year. I figured it might be a better investment than Botox. The salespeople were pleasant, not pushy, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything.

However, here’s where things went south for me. I mentioned that I was on my lunch break and needed to return to my chambers for a meeting within an hour. (I’m a judge, so time management is crucial.) I spent about 15 minutes with the salespeople, which was fine, but then they offered me a “free consultation” at their spa. I wasn’t interested but humored them and scheduled an appointment. Lucky for me, one of their consultants had “five minutes” to fit me in right then. That’s when the experience turned sour.

The consultant rudely approached me and bluntly asked what my skin concerns were. In reality, I don’t have major issues—I’m comfortable with my skin and skincare routine. Her abrasiveness was off-putting, especially when trying to upsell me. Then came the condescending comments: she said she couldn’t believe I was 41 because my neck supposedly made me look much older. She even compared herself to me, claiming to be 35 and pointing out the “difference.” It was clear to me (as both a judge and an attorney) that this was a ploy to make me feel insecure about my appearance.

While she succeeded in getting me to glance at my neck and think about wrinkles (I’m usually my own worst critic), I didn’t see the problems she was pointing out. She then introduced a $12,000 red-light device—yes, $12,000—and tried to convince me it was an alternative to a $30,000 facelift, which I know isn’t accurate. Next, she wanted to apply cream to my face for 15 minutes, followed by an additional 5-minute wait. She asked me to rate, on a scale of 1 to 10, how much I wanted to look younger. I answered “5,” explaining that I’m not insecure about my age or aging. Despite that, she told me the process would take another 20–30 minutes, far longer than the five minutes I was initially told. At that point, I put my foot down and said, “Thanks, but no thanks—I need to get back to work.”

I’m giving the products a shot because they seem promising, but the upselling, preying on insecurities, and overall condescending attitude were a complete turnoff. If I had encountered that consultant first, I likely wouldn’t have made a purchase at all. Perhaps their approach works on some people, but it left a bad impression on me. Once I finish the products, regardless of their effectiveness, I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Your products you sent me are amazing!

It looks like this company don't treat their business seriously. I sent email to the customer service center to ask the status of my order, to cancel it, and they just don't reply and don't full fill the order no mention ship it! The order was placed on Sept. 29, and now it's Oct. 10th. They take the money but do NOTHING!
Think twice before you wish to purchase anything from them.

I was sent the wrong flavor of the lotion I ordered. I sent an email to customer service and I have yet to hear back. I would like it either replaced or a refund.

Il était en séjour linguistique à San Diego et il c'est fait alpaguer dans la rue ,il avait beau leur dire non c'est trop chère, il en veut pas, il n'a pas d'argent...,il ne l'on pas lâcher et lui en retourner le cerveau. Et il sont passés de 1000$ à 150$ . Et pour avoir la paix il me l'a acheté.
Je l'ai testé hier soir, ça pique un peu. Il faut le laisser toute la nuit ,et se matin encore en l'enlevant ça piquotait... et je ne vois aucune différence ... a voir à long terme ?

Beware of aggressive sales staff in airports. I immediately contacted them for a refund for all unused products and was denied. Had no luck with my credit card company either. I would run away!

Scam. Bayside Miami said these are clinically tested and FDA approved. I work with FDA and have found these have misbranding and misleading pharmaceutical claims. I will be pursuing action. No one called me back when I was told that if there is any doubt, I can call for refund. Beware ladies...they will demand your credit card to pay even if you dont want anything. I can give name of the person who is scamming to authorities.
