Just moved into a new flat in Fulham and found it through Mark Paris. He was honestly such a great agent—helped us find the perfect place in the areas we wanted, organised all the viewings, and made the whole process super easy and stress-free. He went above and beyond.l, showing us the flat numerous times to make sure it was the perfect one. Can’t recommend Mark enough, 10/10!

Honest review from someone who has rented and used multiple agency’s
I have rented multiple properties in London and being honest estate agents were my worst nightmare until I came across Douglas & Gordon and in particular Mark Paris. Marks attention to detail and knowledge on the property shown was amazing! I was sold! I am someone who pays particular attention to small details so was absolutely blown away when Mark knew the answer to every question, was viewing the flat as if he was viewing it for himself telling me pros and cons which made the whole viewing process less stressful. Mark checked small details such as how we would hang a painting to the pressure in the shower ensuring we would enjoy the flat just as much as he would. Again I could go on but the experience was so positive! Everything was efficient from viewing to signing final documents. Mark was very on it with replying and getting back in touch with us when needed which is something again which made the whole process easier. I would highly recommend anyone to go with D&G but in particular to deal with Mark Paris.

Great experience
I purchased my Kensington property through Shash back in June and must say she has been of extraordinary help. She was representing a 90+ yo seller for who she went above and beyond to facilitate the sale. She helped me with furniture negotiation, arranging various repairs, etc. notably thanks to her extensive network. Shash introduced me to workers who I continue to use now that I have moved in.
More importantly, Shash was very responsive through out process which was very reassuring.

Worth every penny!
Attentive, responsive, and really effective. Deeply experienced, Tom Yeomanson knew how to price appropriately, how to handle different types of potential buyer, and then how to adjust as the sale proceeded. He removed all of the pain from the selling experience, and therefore made the estate agent fee really worth it!

We had been searching for 2 months to find a home with other estate agents who took weeks to reply and did not listen to our housing needs. After only one week of viewing a property with Douglas and Gordon, we have our home. This is thanks to Ciarnan, he was attentive, knowledgable and went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth process. He never took more than a couple hours to get back to us, he listened to all of our concerns and needs and made what can be a stressful time, enjoyable for us. Best lettings company I've ever dealt with
I contacted Douglas and Gordon on a Sunday evening and they had me booked in for a valuation the very next day for my flat in southfields. My property was on the market for literally a couple of hours before it was accepted.
I highly recommend Harry. Hes extremely professional and easy to talk too.
If you have a property to rent or to sell then definitely use Douglas and Gordon
