It was very easy getting access to the lounge using the dragon pass app, the lounge however didn't have much snacks and what they had was not of a good quality.

Complete scam
Complete scam. I can’t access any lounge despite being fully paid up and having the app. Everytime I try to and access a lounge it involves between 20-30 mins on the phone to the Dragonpass help desk to eventually get me in. They also changed their contract terms halfway through our agreement making it more expensive to take guests in, which in my book is a breach of contract and unforgivable. Will not renew.
