My experience with Crazy Domains has not been the best.
I had just 1 product a UK fax number, paid for 3 years because it’s there to provide a service if needed.
2024 it worked fine did everything it said on the tin.
2026 what a nightmare really needed to receive a fax, but it was broken
Contacted support day or two later they said it was fixed ( sorry no its not ) they suggested a new fax number, OK I will go with that, fixed ( sorry no its not ) suggested a further new fax number OK.
Then I get the email saying that UK fax numbers are not available at this time but I can have a AU or NZ ??? why would I want that when I am in the UK.

Told there were no options on the 14 / 09 / 2026
That’s 62 days. That’s appalling service.
This company give all the signs of a small reseller working from there back bedroom just for something to do, with no real control over the services they provide.

I had an issue with my account being hacked and my email being deleted. They helped me quickly, restored access, and my business was not affected.

The first time dealing with this company through crazydomain.co.uk and unfortunately I only saw these reviews after already making payment.

I would never deal with any of their subsidiary domains ever again. The most incompetent setup I have come across. Normally it takes minutes to an hour for a domain to get registered with any other supplier. It took 48 hours and me contacting them every 24 hours and getting it escalated for them to only confirm they received payment. Another 48 hours later and the funds showed on my account. Then another 24 hours to show the domains on my dashboard, which wasn't registered yet.

Luckily PayPal took my side of the case and I got a full refund confirmation after 7 days of trying to get this resolved with CrazyDomains. But this might have turned into a bigger issue if I didn't have the chat transcript in which the agent asked me for my bank details to trace their PayPal receipt even after providing the PayPal transaction ID. I wasn't raised under a rock, so I immediately raised the security concern with PayPal.

I am absolutely shocked by the unethical business practices of Dreamscape Networks / Crazy Domains. In September 2023, my domain cncn.ch expired, but their system systemically CHARGED ME TWICE (44.21 CNY / 8.25 SGD each time) without generating any active invoices in my website dashboard.I have the official bank statement with definitive System Reference Numbers (214426060378 and 011207083017) and Voucher Numbers (650844 and 728747) cleared via Worldpay Ltd.Even though their support team (Ticket Reference # 260826-000086) confirmed the invoice was deleted and the domain was archived, they choose to deny this verified deduction and refuse to return my money. Their customer service acts like a robot, trying to ignore the bank iron proofs. This is an illegal double-billing theft.I demand an English-speaking Billing Manager or Supervisor to look into this case immediately and process a manual refund. I will not remove this 1-star review until my money is returned.

Worst experience ever, they refuse to activate my domain. It has been six days, and nothing has happened, they asked me to verify my email, which i did but every day they claim they have stopped working for the day and will start again tomorrow. It is the exact same thing every single day.

Have a really simple question to ask, can't access our account and have now been sat on hold for over an hour to try and speak to somebody about it. Awful! Hire some staff to answer the phone. Their online chat just pushes you to read a help document and then ends the chat. Terrible service and will be transferring everything to another provider.

It use to be a good Web hosting provider but now things have changed from being Hero to Zero.

I know Crazy Domains Web hosting for more than 12 years, worked with many clients using it, suggested few others to use their services. HOWEVER, for last 3 years, I am facing LOTS and LOTS of issues. Finally my clients have reduced to Just One using this Web hosting provider.

One of my client was misguided to go for BUSINESS WebHosting and promised better services but nothing really changed. They sold their OLD services in the name of Business premium service.

Seems like their servers is getting VERY OLD OR their experienced staff has left the company. Their CPU limits are hitting roof again and again for just simply task.

Though their Customer service is good, but they keep pointing figure at Developers, talk lot about web optimisation. I can easily say that, there is something weird going on in the background.

I am with other popular Web hosting providers and can easily compare the services of Crazy Domains with others.

Hidden costs are crazy AF!! These people are crazy! Avoid them at any cost!!!

I'd give one star if I could. Third time domain auto-renew has failed despite there being a valid card with funds. All my sites down again. Have to pay and invoice to renew, using the same card that they previously declined (and it works just fine), has happened 3 times with different cards and they keep telling me my fault. Support also broke all my sites during an SSL update, ever since the change from Freeparking to Crazy Domains, nothing but problems and far too expensive for terrible service. Use at your peril!

DO NOT USE CRAZY DOMAINS!!!! Absolutely appalling 'product'. Constant website crashes, terrible advice when talking to them - for example I asked them first if its ok to delete the staging site and then re-do it so that it would carry over all the data and features from the live site and I requested they first update the php version on the staging site first - I then carried out the delete and reinstate of the staging site as they said yes that would work and be fine - the live site and the staging site have now been fully crashed and inaccessible for several weeks. This is only ONE of the countless issues I have faced with them. I am going to go for a full refund. Absolutely horrendous. It takes a lot to annoy me or complain about a product or service but crazy domains - I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!

Hidden pricing addons and inefficient. Spoke on chat and offered email forwarding. Only after payment did I find this costs extra. Very inefficient system as well. Do not use.

I registered a domain and then saw a message saying my account needed approval. I contacted support to speed up the process, and after that my account became inaccessible. The service then asked me to provide my passport, a photo of my credit card, and utility bills. After I submitted these documents, the service completely stopped working. Support does not respond, and no refund has been issued for the domain.

Useless! Been over a week and still no functioning email! Keep getting told the same thing yet nothing gets fixed

These guys are crooks. Stay well clear. I lost a domain after 'autorenew' function didnt work. 8 weeks later they tell me another company has the domain registered. they wont even refund the money. Again stay clear of these guys they are crooks

FACTS Locked out my own site on first day of attempting a basic set up. The site went completely dead on me so I had no access to even any kind of customer support.
PLAN Now I will have to rescue my domain from them, if I can. I may have lost my chosen domain. My sense is that this company is at best incompetent and quite likely a rogue player.

I want to help freelancers and small businesses. Please stay away from this web host. They charged me after requesting fit cancel the service 4 days before the renewal date. When I asked for a refund they said it’s non-refundable. They are even charging another $420 plus just to activate my account. They haven even refunded the &484. I was willing to pay a cancellation fee but they are unwilling to compromise. Keeps sending me emails about it.

Not worth the money.
I've been with them on a 10 year plan!
Consider the downtime time you'll spend cleaning the spams emails you'll get everyday and the loss of productivity! 😡

Crazy Domains and this parent company, are the absolute worst! Steer clear of them if you use emails for business, personal, anything at all. These people have accessed and deleted emails from my business account to remove evidence of accessing my emails.
