Love our omnifizz however not loving the C02 exchange. We returned 4 cylinders which were received by Drinkmate on the 14th September, proof provided by Yodel and we are still waiting for our voucher... Toon meer

I love the machine, it’s perfect, allows me to make whatever drink I want and fizz it rather than than just having water as the only option to fizz and no electricity needed, it’s brilliant
I decided to try a Drinkmate machine after a friend recommended it. The online shopping was easy and quick. The delivery time was short. The product is one of the best things I have bought. It saves l... Toon meer

Superb customer service
My order (Omnifizz and refills bundle) went missing. Yodel was absolutely useless and gave no help whatsoever. This was such a huge contrast to Drinkmate's customer service. Jade was my point of contact throughout, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She soothed me, reassured me and sorted out the problem immediately. I felt listened to, supported and valued as a customer. Great product, great customer care - I recommend Drinkmate (and Jade) 100%.

I love using my Drinkmate
I love using my Drinkmate - it’s so quick and easy and saving me lots of money (and the environment) from buying plastic bottles of fizzy water. Also, I needed to contact Customer Services about an order and they were super quick at responding and very helpful!

Love the machine, Hate the return service
Love the machine. Drinkmate lost a star because of their choice of YODEL for handle their return of cylinders. Yodel's website store locator didn't work and their website tracking is awful.

discount for 1st order not valid
Was offered a discount for 1st order then drinkmate says its not valid customer service is rubbish why offer a 10% discount for 1st orders then say its not valid all I got from customer service was its already on offer but that's got nothing to do with 1st order so be careful they can't be trusted in answer to your reply when I put the code in it said not valid. you say as it was on offer at the time terms and conditions removed the 1st time offer as I was a 1st time buyer I still think that was wrong, your response confirms to me that I would be better of buying from another company ie sage no offer was offered with sage so did not feel cheated when it doesn't work my advice to you if you don't want to honor an offer then don't offer it

Antwoord van Drinkmate UK
Hi Ray,
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I can confirm that your voucher was valid on your first order. However as noted when you emailed us, there are some terms and conditions that we try to make as clear a possible when signing up and also when receiving the code. I have referred this to our marketing team to see if we can make it even clearer to avoid any future confusion.
If you wish to reach out again we can re send these T & Cs to you for clarification.
Regards

Short changed on my order: be aware
Short changed on my order. #UK12978. Only half of paid-for items delivered. No response to email queries and UK phone number “not available” Very poor customer service - be wary!

Avoid at all costs!
Several times after returning the cylinders to a Yodel drop off point - which in its own right is such a faff (especially now i've found another company that picks up from your house) - Drinkmate continues to tell me I haven't returned the cylinders. So in effect, they've told me i've lied and at the same time stolen from me as the cylinders were returned. Steer clear and find another option!!
