Highly professional Lettings Team at Druce (formerly Bective) Brook Green provided an excellent service all round for both the tenant and landlord. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I appreciate that Chris Lilley is always helpful, responsive and honest in his advice and that the whole team who make all the necessary arrangements for Lettings do so effectively and efficiently for a seamless smooth process. The Property Management team including Daniella Perkins and Zaynab Brooks also deserve special mention as they always go above and beyond to ensure that all the details are attended to so the property is ready for tenants to move in. I was especially pleased to note that the tenants who moved in provided a great online review based on their positive experience of dealing with Kathryn Root when they relocated from Australia. So a good experience all round and reassuring to know that tenants and landlord are equally happy with the service!

Great experience with Hamead and Chris.

They stayed in regular contact, were easily available, gave good advice, negotiated well on my sale, and got results quickly.

I switched to Bective after having no success with Douglas and Gordon, Foxtons, and Purplebricks, and the experience was night and day.
