Bective The worst agency I have dealt with. I have never seen so many incompetents together. i am tenants my window is broken from 8 months ago and washing machine 3 months i are not able to organize to fix it

I have been added to irrelevant email subscriptions, to which I have already unsubscribed numerous times. I have sent a few emails asking them to stop adding me to irrelevant mailing lists to no avail, nor do I get a response. I also get calls when I have asked to only be emailed. Please listen to your customers.

The agent named Tiago is super nice and very helpful. I have never met any agent that is so responsive and eager to help like this agency before.

From the beginning until handing the key went very smoothly. I had asked Tiago a lot of questions, he never ignored to find answers for me. I would recommend everyone to use this agency.

What I liked about Bective was that unlike other agencies they are proactive, empathic and have good intentions. Most agencies want to work for themselves rather than understand the tenant's needs and situation; It is all about closing the deal with the highest bid.

But with Tiago & Bective, I saw their keenness to work with me and the landlord to get the best deal possible for both of us.

I have rented out my flat though Bective brook Green for about 10 years. I have always found them to be extremely professional in every way. They have communicated promptly and kept me informed at every stage. When the odd rare tenant has been unreasonable with not wanting to pay for cleaning and damage they have been very skillful and diplomatic in there dealing with the situation. I’ve just recently let through the Bective Brook Green branch and their service has been amazing. Kathryn and the team provided great communication throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to make it easy for us to let. Kathryn even stayed late one day at work to give me the keys which just shows how much they care. 100% recommend.

No professional, always standing with landlord. I cleaned the room the end of tenancy, the check-out report stated the cleaning work is professional, however, the landlord said it's not clean. Bective manager stand with the landlord and told me it's not clean. So, why they need third party to do check-out report? They don't follow the report, why they need this report? The landlord broke into the flat without premission of the tenant. I told bective that behavior is illegal, however, the reply from them is the landlord has the right to enter! Becareful to use Bective, when you are going to rent property from them. They always stand with the landlord and ignore the interests of tenants.

I thought they did an excellent job for these reasons
- Did what they said they'd do.
- Treated you like a client.
- Navigated the difficult process very well.
- Responded to changing events very nimbly.
- Everyone I dealt with (5 different team members) had these attributes - so this is obviously a recruitment + culture driven thing not just how I happened to be treated by one of their team.

in short - would definitely use again, would definitely recommend. A pleasure to deal with (as much as selling a property can ever be a pleasure...)

Charlie Round from your Nottinghill office has been an exemplary agent. He checked in regularly and gave us honest assessments of the market. He also understood our needs and really tried to help us find a property. We really enjoyed speaking to him and working with him. In the end, we had to go to another area which was cheaper but will definitely keep him in mind in case another opportunity arises.

Efficient, reliable and very honest. This team worked hard and relentlessly to find us a good buyer and get the sale of our property over the line.
