Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, unfortunately my parcel arrived with item missing but I think this was down to a mess up at DHL, plus its Christmas time so they must have a high demand. Dry verge rectified the problem as soon as they could.

Wrong items, then right items arrived broken!
Sent me the wrong items. I contacted and they dispatched the correct items. Eventually the correct items arrived but in a box that had allowed them to get squashed and broken by the courier. I contacted them about the state of the items - no response.
I’ve since had a response, amazingly very shortly after this review went live. It seems now that their inability to package a pair of relatively delicate dry verge connectors well enough to survive transit is being pointed at the courier, not their inability to package goods well.
I’ve explained I was relying on the parts to sort the roof above my daughter’s bedroom.
It seems they feel I’ve been unreasonable in posting a negative review to here. Now resulting in them becoming somewhat rude and sarcastic in their response on here.
I had responded to an offer of a refund or yet another replacement - I’d told them I’d hoped superglue would sort the damage. I was trying to be nice so they didn’t have to refund or replace again, despite the experience so far. For me doing that, they got nasty and sarcastic in their latest edit to their response here. I’ve written back, expressing my disappointment at their behaviour, and have requested a refund now.
I trust future potential customers will make their own minds up. All I wanted was to fix my roof above my daughter’s bedroom. This is what I got.

I’m disappointed to read this edited review, as it still doesn’t reflect the full picture.
You asked where your items were, and I replied the very same evening — despite my baby being born on Tuesday morning at 7am. In that reply I confirmed the correct replacements had already been prioritised and resent, and I provided the DHL tracking number.
The second set arrived damaged due to compression on one side of the box, which is consistent with courier handling. We send thousands of these items using the same packaging without issue. I hadn’t replied to your message about the damage yet because we were still at the hospital with a newborn, but normally customers give us the opportunity to resolve courier damage before posting a negative review — which we always do.
For clarity, I have offered you both options:
• A refund for the connectors (as you mentioned you can superglue them), or
• Replacement connectors.
You have not confirmed which you want
At this stage, it feels more like a fuss for the sake of making a fuss. The original issue was corrected, you have the parts you needed, and you have been offered two solutions and contacted out of hours
I fully welcome reviews — good or bad — but at 8pm on a Friday evening, I will be spending time with my firstborn rather than debating a situation that has been offered a solution
Great suplliers, rubbish couriers
The website was easy to use and the range of products was more then enough for my requirements. Although my experience with dry verge and roofline dircet was brilliant, there couriers were not so great. I ordered on a sunday and was told it would arrive tuesday AM. Eventually it arrived on a friday, i had to delay window fitters and scaffolders in order to allow for this upsetting alot of people in the process. 5 stars for suppliers and no rating for the couriers

Ordered the above from Dry Verge and Roofline Direct. Very happy with the service provided, quick to dispatch goods. Good communication from business. Did’nt arrived on the day indicated by the courier even though they gave me a time slot of 08:00 to 18:00. Couriers DX, who ever they are . Contacted Dry Verge, very helpful polite and asked me to call again if the goods didn’t arrive the next day. They arrived early the next day, so, full marks for Dry Verge, less impressed with DX couriers
