Contents Missing
I had a parcel delivered from Dry Verge, the contents were missing. I emailed the company and within 1 hour, I had a reply with a positive outcome, the director of the company himself replying and confirming my original order will be re-despatched and be with me within 2 working days. Excellent service.

Not very happy spent over £700 pounds with them last week part of my delivery was missing was told they were going to contact me 7 days ago to tell me what they were going to do about it and haven’t heard anything even though sending more emails since, would rather deal with local companies

We’re disappointed to read this review, especially considering how your order was handled. Your first message described the wrong item as missing, which understandably caused confusion. Despite that, we acted immediately and resent the correct connectors without hesitation — no proof or images requested, simply taking your word to get it resolved quickly.
When our team politely sought clarification, your response was “JUST SORT IT.” That kind of communication isn’t acceptable, particularly when we’re trying to help. You also called on Friday, and I personally confirmed the replacements were already on route at that point.
To then leave a one-star review calling our after-sales service “rubbish” is unfair and misleading. We did everything promptly, clearly, and professionally.
As a family-run business, we go out of our way to look after our customers — but we won’t tolerate rudeness or continue to deal with anyone who doesn’t put the full picture across publicly.

Good communication product was squashed…
Good communication product was squashed during transit as I took the delivery off the van with the driver and see it was underneath weighted goods .
Fortunately There was only minor damage and I still was able to use but very twisted which makes fitting harder . I think all of this was done in transit so the supplier really needs to speak with the delivery company

DHL courier appalling
Product was sent via dhl. It was due to be delivered on the Wednesday didn’t turn up I paid extra for 1-2 day delivery. Then was meant to be delivered on the Thursday and it wasn’t it said tried to deliver no one in, my wife works from home and checked cctv no attempt made. Spoke to the driver on Friday when it was delivered and he said the road was busy on the Thursday so didn’t stop. Our road has two lanes, a 1.8m pavement and a drive that can take 8 cars.
Spoke to DHL helpline and they would get a 0 out of 10 for helpfulness and caring about my parcel.
