I have had duet for several years and I have found it very useful. When I am away from home and need a second screen this system works great on my iPad. Recently I have had some technical difficulties. The technical team was great at resolving that issue. I appreciated their response and efficient help.

Aside from being a great product, Duet has now provided me with a benchmark with regards to the quality of customer service. Interacting with a kind human being (Alicia, in this case) is, these days, a priceless experience, one which may well determine the difference between the purchase of one product above another. Bravo.

I had a problem with my account and payment. But Duet Display customer center solved it quickly. So I am currently using it without any problems.

I renewed my software at a reduced price. I had a minor problem reactivating it which was resolved by a quick customer service reply.

I use a mac daily and I bought a big Android tablet to avoid to carry 3 devices, so I added duet for an extra screen. It works pretty well. I am satisfied and the support answers at lightspeed!

Very useful to use the iPad as display screen in my otherwise PC based environment: reminders, calendars, notes. Been using Duet for five years now!

I needed a solution for an out-of-date Mac mini that I wanted to run without a monitor attached using an out-of-date iPad as its display. When I had trouble with the current version, Duet's tech support enabled me to download an older version that worked just fine with this configuration. I commend them for taking care to do something that many other companies would have simply ignored.
