APPLICATIONS WORKS WITH MICROUSB.

APPLICATION IS DIFFICULT TO GET CONNECTED WITHOUT ALSO CONNECTING IT TO A WEB-BASED ACCOUNT FOR SOME REASON.

WINDOWS SIDE APPLICATION IS A LITTLE TOUGH TO FIND.

DUET WEBSITE IS A LITTLE TOUGH TO NAVIGATE.

ANDROID BASED APPLICATION IS A LITTLE HARD TO FIGURE OUT WHEN THE ICON EXPLANATIONS ARE HIDDEN.

Amazing performance and quality of the product!

My personal experience with Duet has been amazing. The product is exactly what is advertised and makes my day-to-day routine much smoother. If I ever had issues, contacting customer service and getting a solution is always quick and easy. I highly recommend!!

Best app ever. Been using it for years now. Never ran into an issue!

Love the app and its many features! I use it often for work travel and it's a game changer in the hotel rooms, especially when compared to my colleagues that travel with another monitor.

There was a connection problem with my ipad. --> Very quick answer by duet display. A hint by them the rest your can read in the mail:

Dear Hector,

fist: Thanks for your quick reply.
second: maybe it was your good influence.

I changed nothing. I got to the profile on my iPad - there it was told something like: it is not possible to connect to internet (but the whole time the iPad is my internet-hotspot and it worked.)

So got back to the connection mode on the top of the menu on my iPad - and connection started automatically.

Miracle - but it worked - also today a second time the connection worked.

The app remains the best alternative for a "second display" if you don't have an extra one.

My support help was kind and patient. They told me exactly what I needed to do to solve my problem.

A technical difficulty was resolved via emailing the company. The response was rapid and Duet kept on the problem until it was resolved.
Very pleased.

I truly love using my iPad Pro 12.9 as a second display through a wireless connection.

It is a great product, which allow to use the Ipad as a graphic tablet. The pro version is affordable. Plus, the customer service is very reactive and helpful.

The support team is very helpful! They were able to listen carefully about my worries and issues, and came out with a solution that worked out really well.
The product (once I managed to get it working) is awesome. I’m so much more productive.

I use Duet for work since I don´t have the space for a second monitor, works great, all tho I would like 1440x3216 to work with cable. Instead of running in a cropped resolution. Works fine in Air mode.

Helpful, they solved the problems I was having.

EDIT: After writing them two times via email (2 months period) and my review here, they reached me and solved my problem. I am increasing my stars from 1 to 3. My previous title was 'Beware of Fraud' since i could not get any support from them regarding the issue below and was not able to use the product I paid for. But now, since they reached me and solved my problem, I think they deserve 'Terrible Customer Support' title.


I purchased the one-time purchase version of this app in 04.08.2022, after a very limited time of usage, while later, i wanted to open the app again. Hovewer, the app wanted me to upgrade. When I upgraded the app, it required me to pay monthly subscription fee. When I contacted support, the support was very limited and the person I spoke with, told me that, she is escalating the process to her manager. More than 2 months pasted and they did not return to me at all. Now I am seeing they released the life time version app again. What a joke. As a result, they collected people's money by promising one time purchase app, after they collected customers, they wanted to turn this into subscription fee, as a result.. I am not able to use the product that I payed for.

Great support and customer service besides a product that works and supports my workflow.
