I ordered and there was no verification and still no evidence order was received
I ordered and there was no verification. Later a note appeared saying my debut card could not be used. ZSo I ordered on a credit card and still no verification. I still do not know if my order is going through or if it was rejected. Pay system is terrible.

Dvds not sold in Australia
Couldn’t find the DVDs that I have always wanted in store so thought I’d check the internet. Found the not sold in Australia dvds on the Dvdhub website, ordered, delivered under 2 weeks later. Have already watched both, awesome quality.

I was not 100% certain about using…
I was not 100% certain about using DVDHUB at first as I had never heard of them. But I took the plunge and was pleasantly surprised. Item was delivered very quickly and no issues of any kind. I will definitely purchase from them again in future.

Highly Recommended Australian Seller
Good source of new Blu-rays and DVDs not sold in Australia. They even have rare steelbook editions already out of print from international stores. Items have always been quickly delivered and safely packaged.

We’re sorry to hear you experienced a playback issue with your DVD. While rare, manufacturing defects can occasionally occur with brand new, sealed discs - and we absolutely understand how frustrating that can be.
We received two emails from the customer outside of business hours and responded the next business day during our advertised customer service hours. A pre-paid return label was provided straight away so we could send a replacement or issue a full refund once the item was returned. Unfortunately after sending a follow up email, we did not receive any response and the item was not returned to us.
We are always more than happy to assist with any issues and pride ourselves on resolving genuine concerns quickly and fairly. If any customer ever receives a faulty item, we encourage them to reach out so we can make it right.

Fast delivery and legitimate 4K blu-ray. Very reasonably priced, as I had to purchase The Great Escape, which wasn't available anywhere for the RRP.
Will definitely buy from them again!
