Hi there, we're sorry for the confusion. The figure you purchased was listed as a pre-order with the estimated release date on our website and was shipped to you as soon as it arrived from the manufacturer. We're pleased to hear you're happy with the delivery speed and condition.
First time order
First time order - preordered 6 brand new Fire Emblem Popup Parade Figures. Overall, competitive prices with free shipping and fast shipment from warehouse to my address. However for this order I did receive a damaged box* for one of my figure which was disappointing as a collector as there are lack of bubble wrap packaging.
Edit*: Nathan from DX Collectable got in contact with me and replaced the damaged box with a new one. The whole process was very accomodating and dealt with swiftly. Great customer service and would buy from them again.

Extremely fast turn around and delivery. Box and packaging was a bit lacking and single ply box came banged up with holes and pushed in. Thankfully item was not damaged.

We were told it was a preorder
We were told it was a preorder, however the estimated date suggested it should be shipped before Christmas. However it wasn't shipped until mid Jan by which time we had moved house and it was delivered to our old address.
