Excellent Service
When shipped, arrived fast and safely. Figure box was well protected in the box by use of bubble wrap and tissue paper and suffered no damages.

Good product, waited a year and a half
Like don’t get me wrong, the product is great and exactly serves its purpose, the problem is that I ordered it March-April last year and gave up on trying to track what was going on. A nice surprise to have it received in the end, but it would be been better if I wasn’t lost on the system.

The product you pre-ordered arrived from the supplier last week and we immediately dispatched it to you. We can understand the confusion as it was a very long wait between shipments from BCW. We never anticipated the wait to be so long, therefore we no longer offer BCW Toploaders to pre-order. Apologies for the long wait.
