After my review, they reached out and made good on the refund.

Pushed a little to try and get me to wait for a new package but I didn't have that much faith.

The delivery of my seat covers was extremely fast. When I received the covers, the product was superior. Hundred percent recommend using this company. I ordered the leather seats for my 2016 Camaro.

Pro:
- support service very responsive
- good quality seat cover. I ordered full set.

Cons:
-expect delay if you're ordering from the US. Roughly around 3 weeks, it's custom made plus shipping. I don't mind actually but just setting your expectation.
-package arrived in wrapped like woven polypropylene plus with plastic film wrapped and seat covers are in vacuum plastic storage. So, seat covers arrived in wrinkled :( Reason I gave this 3 star only
-installation? you know what to expect on a custom made but it fit right. Though, I did some cutting on the bottom seat cover since there's wire obstructing and unable to go around or pull to fit snugly. I'm not pro installer, so it took me probably about 4hours with couple of breaks :-)

Overall, I like the seat.

This is a fraud company do not place any order. I placed an order and never received the car seat cover, I paid $549 and waited for three months but never received the item. Be aware before placing any order.

I wanted that model, but in different color.. i contacted support. Already, I was impressed with the speed of replies.Rick & Lily were the best. I got the package: all well done. Install was very easy with videos you guys have made. Took me about 30 min. I just LOVE the results. They are BEAUTIFUL. Look great n are comfortable. Look like great quality of fabric as well, which only time will tell, but for now, Thank You guys for a product of such quality. Here is the proof that you get what you paid for! Again, AWESOME work! I wanted to add pics to shows results, but I don’t seem to have the option here…. Too bad

I recently purchased seat covers for my 2024 Toyota Sienna from DZX Covers, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The product is exceptional, exceeding my expectations in both quality and comfort. The shipping was quick, and I appreciated the opportunity to coordinate directly with Ricky before placing my order. He was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. The after-sales service has also been fantastic. I highly recommend DZX Covers to anyone looking for high-quality seat covers and excellent customer service.

The service was great and exceed my expectation. The delivery was smooth and fast.

The team was receptive, and even adjusted the order after I had purchased it without charging extra. Communication was great, answered all of my questions and were ready with answers at all times. Great installation tutorial videos. The product took about 5 business days to be made and another 12 calendar days to arrive. Most importantly the product itself fit like a glove. It took about an hour and a half to install all covers for the entire car. (I was taking my time). The covers are snug and haven’t slid or needed any adjustment of any kind. (Been using them for three weeks now). The material is of great quality and looks genuine to the car.

INITIAL QUALITY: 3.5 stars out of 5. The leather is supple and the color is uniform throughout. Overall I'm impressed. Only time will tell how long it lasts.
INSTALLATION: 2 stars out of 5. This is where the product falls short. The seat covers arrived without any instructions or tools/accessories in order to install. I was directed to watch online videos for guidance. Unfortunately, the videos were generic and did not match my model exactly. This caused a significant amount of frustration and guesswork.
FIT: 3 stars out of 5. Once installed, the fit and finish was acceptable, though not perfect. There were minor alignment issues. (hole cut outs not aligning with the component 34 that was supposed to be visible)
CUSTOMER SUPPORT: 2 stars out of 5. When I reached out to customer support they were responsive, but not very helpful. They claim they do not have written instructions anywhere and that the videos would have to suffice. When I told them I did not receive the hardware or accessories to install, Customer Support was adamant that they were somewhere in the box. They were not. When asked if the company could send the needed supplies, they never responded. I had to go to the local hardware store to get what I thought was needed.
OVERALL: 2.6 out of 5. If you are lucky enough to have the exact model of seat covers that are featured in the videos, it might result in a more acceptable fit and a better experience. However, if your situation is like mine, best of luck.

Quality, material, color, size and cutting is really good. Very thoughtful in many ways. Delivery was on time and customer support chat respond to our questions, if not instantly atleast in a day by email. I was hesitant initially about this unknown company but they do the job and can be trusted. I got seat covers for audi q5 2021. It was perfect measurement. I wasn't finding the right size anywhere but this company did it for me.

This is the most beautiful car seat covers I’ve ever seen! Even more beautiful that the original Mercedes Benz seats the car came with! 10 out of 10! I recommend DZX COVER! Perfect fit for the model of my Mercedes! Thank you!

They delivered a decent product. I say decent due to the fact that they claimed it was custom made for a Lexus RX 500h, but the front seats do NOT fit quite right. I really only want them to protect the seats from my little Pug's paws, so I am content in that regard.

The wait was quite long but most time was wasted in transit, customs, and local courier.

I ordered seat covers.
Take out 2-3 hours to fit the kit. Don't rush it.

It will not always be clear how to proceed at first, but customer service was prompt to reply by e-mail and whatsapp.

1. The production quality and fit is simple outstanding
2. The leather is equally excellent and of a high standard. The colour is consistent.
3. So are the fittings, attachment and zippers; everything is sewed together well.

I'm very happy with the end result and highly recommend DZXCover.

Absolutely horrible product. Not only were the seat covers poor quality, they didn’t fit at all. When I reached out to customer service, they had me take a video documenting the issues and they say they have a 30day money back guarantee on their site which they will not honor. Total foreign scam company stay away.

The staff answered all my questions. It took almost 2 months to receive the seat covers from China but when they arrived they fit nicely, completely worth the wait. I drive for Uber and I've gotten lots of compliments, lots. Most people thought they were original. I would buy from DZX again!
