E-lab rip off
They come across as very nice people. When my capsules didn’t work, I contacted them for an address where I could return the items. I received a reply from Heather to say I should try for longer. This did not work so asked for the address again. I sent everything back at a cost of £14.50. They informed me that they had received the goods and that they would refund me £189.80 which was £10.00 less than I had paid. I was informed by Cristina that this was their handling charge. I have now been credited the £189.80, but will not be doing any further business with this company and would advise everyone else to stay clear. Their products are very expensive but worst of all don’t work!

The recommended time is 6-8 weeks and you took them for under 4 weeks.
Please also bear in mind this can vary from person to person depending on height, weight, diet and of course metabolism.
Furthermore, the returned bottles were empty upon arrival but we still refunded the full amount to your bank account.
We find that your star rating does not reflect the level of service and respect you were shown by our company and fell this is an inadequate evaluation.

Bogus easy digest no full refund!
I bought one bottle of Easy Digest and I followed the instructions on how to use this medication. It didn't work for me so I sent the empty bottle back in a tracked parcel through Royal Mail. A parcial refund was issued to me, which I complained about as a full refund should have been made and it was not. E-Health Labs replied saying £14.95 was the fee they keep for handling and postage of the product. In my opinion, the £14.95 is the profit they make every time a bottle of those bogus pills are bought by someone. I do believe it is a scam by this company because they know the product won't work. So, they will send some money back hoping that customers will be relieved to have received a refund at all but even then the customer will have to cough up another £10 as the empty bottle must be sent as tracked parcel by Royal Mail to their address in France for the refund to be issued. E-Health Lab is a dishonest and a untrustworthy company. Do not use them.

Easy digest pills stopped me being able to urinate.
It is impossible to get a refund.
I lost all my money(Thank goodness only bought 1 bottle)

We understand the product did not suit you, as it can depend on your metabolism.
On the other hand easy Digest helps to deal with the gut and intestinal health but it does not affect the bladder. This is not a known side effect in the 4 years the product has been available for purchase.
That being said we valued your feedback and have taken the necessary precautions to make sure this is not a recurring problem. It has not been ever since your review.
