Starbucks you are lucky that I had to give you 1 star so I can write a complaint, I went to 3 different Starbucks and none of them could make me the drink I asked for basically is coffee skimmed milk with ice and blended there attitude was we call it a Frappuccino would you like cream with it I replied I already said no cream no powder and no syrup how can you ask me that again second time the same problem got charged for a Frappuccino it came almost to £6 I said no to everything else just coffee milk and ice put it in the blender done, they said it won’t work I said it will because I make it at home simple but it doesn’t seem simple to them the first time I ordered my drink she added syrup to my drink second time she added powder and when I tested it it was very sweet she said I can assure you I didn’t put nothing else in your drink I replied I can test caramel my husband tried it and he said you put rather powder in or syrup because my wife can’t have any of those and I can also taste caramel. I wrote a complaint on facebook and they never got back to me this is unacceptable you want costumes money but you can’t deliver the service we deserve, shame on you Starbucks

I was treated disrespectfully and condescendingly by three employees at the Aachen Markt 35 store in August 2025. Despite filing a complaint, I received neither an explanation nor an apology. Later, I discovered that the incident had been shared among staff and even mocked. My personal data was also shared without consent, which is a serious privacy violation. On top of that, I was banned from all stores without any clear justification. Customer service is inadequate and not solution-oriented. Absolutely not recommended.

The coffee seems dull and bitter. The expiration date is very near on all their coffee bags. You drink it in the morning expecting to wake up only to put you back to sleep. I moved to market brand coffee and it’s much better. The beans are fresh and tastes smooth. I was appalled how it woke me up and kept me going all day

I recently visited the Starbucks Belvedere branch and was disappointed with the service. I purchased a sandwich and kindly asked a team member, Lena, to add a little milk to my coffee. To my surprise, she attempted to charge me £2.90 just for a small amount of milk! When I refused to pay, she simply did not add the milk, which I found completely unreasonable.

I have been to many Starbucks locations, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. Charging nearly the price of another drink just for a splash of milk is unacceptable. Customer service should be about accommodating reasonable requests, not trying to overcharge customers.

I hope management addresses this and ensures a better experience for future customers

The staff in my local City Centre Starbucks are amazing, friendly and hardworking. But, I visited there at 08:25 am on 24/01/2025.
I like to sit on the large sofa by the window, of which there are two facing each other with three small round tables.
Suggesting these are seats for multiple customers at once yes?
On the one sofa sat a woman alone, I said may I sit here too, indicating the empty sofa.
She said "no my daughters are coming in a minute."
30 Minutes later a lone young woman came in and joined her. The original woman whom I had asked, told her daughter to sit on the end of the sofa so nobody else could sit there without having to push past her legs!
I complained to the manager about this, as they were deliberately blocking two tables from being occupied by other customers, thus losing custom and sales!
I thought they were very selfish in their actions of blocking the two large sofas, refusing people to share them and use the other two tables there!
There should be a notice put up that chairs cannot be reserved, stopping other customers from accessing seating, also the use of empty tables!
However next time I will not ask, but just sit down, as it is just childish and ridiculous to commandeer large seating areas like that.
I am a gold member and refuse to be treated this way!
I hope the powers that be see this review!

I used the drive through for coffee and i saw the staff argue with people. I rolled down my window and the people in the car in front say they want to buy coffee and food for what looked like homeless people. Starbucks staff insult the people and refuse to serve them. They insult the people in the car and the poor people. I was disgusted by this so i tried to buy some for them and the same thing happened to me . I followed the peoples car and i tell them what happened to me too. The woman she apologise to me and say this is not how English people are this is orders from management who follow orders and policies set by "American" Starbucks . The woman try to help poor eastern Europeans , i am eastern European and i know English people are nice , but not Starbucks . i never go there again , i feel bad for the woman and the poor people but i pity Starbucks and i pity and hate their attitude to poor people. Me and the woman agree to leave reviews to show people Starbucks are not a company who deserve support.

Starbucks have now become the fascist dictator police of who can buy their coffees and why ? Visited Asda on Alan Turing way today 06/02/22 and i picked up a few groceries . On leaving i decided on a coffee for me and my daughter and i noticed some people. They looked homeless and a little cold so i thought i would offer them a coffee and a sandwich each .These people were eastern European i believe judging by their accents. These people did NOT ASK ME for anything nor were they rude or offensive or intimidating .They were obviously struggling in their present status .They accepted MY OFFER of a coffee and Sandwich , but GUESS WHAT ???? STARBUCKS REFUSED TO SELL ME THE COFFEES AND FOOD !! CITING "WE HAVE BEEN EXPRESSLY ORDERD TO NOT SERVE THOSE TYPES OF PEOPLE AND TO NOT SERVE ANYONE WISHING TO HELP THEM , WE DO NOT WANT TO ENCOURAGE "THAT TYPE" AROUND OUR BUSINESS" !!!! I asked the woman if she realised what she was saying and standing for, in this year of 2022 and "she said again " I am just following orders we are NOT ALLOWED TO SERVE THEM OR SELL TO OTHERS FOR THEM, WE DO NOT WANT THAT TYPE HERE AT STARBUCKS .!! I ASKED WHAT "TYPE" she meant and she told me she would have me arrested for trying to buy food and drink for them . She continued to threaten me with the police which i was more than happy for her to call but she knew she was talking NONSENSE to try to have me arrested for doing something KIND AND HUMANE , HELPING THE LESS FORTUNATE. Disgusted i went back to my car and on the way told these people what she had said. I was embarrassed for the British people if this is what we portray ourselves to other nations as being .I reached my car took my coffee and my daughters and poured it on the floor and threw the sandwich and cake in the bin . NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THE REDUCED TAX PAYING ,CORPORATE ENTITY THAT REFUSES TO SUPPORT OUR TROOPS AND BELITTLES AND TRAMPLES ON PEOPLES RIGHTS TO BE INHUMANE WITH THEIR DICTATORIAL FASCIST REFUSAL TO SELL ME THEIR PRODUCT. SHAME ON YOU STARBUCKS YOU ARE AN UNWANTED MINORITY OF FASCISM AND CONDESCENSION IN THIS COUNTRY. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE PAPERS AND MAKING EVERYONE AWARE THROUGH EVERY AVENUE AND MEDIA OPEN TO ME OF THE ATTITUDE OF STARBUCKS TO THE NEEDY AND LESS FORTUNATE .
