SCAM. Their email inbox is full, accepting no new mail. No phone answer. Address is a mall, not a store. And CC was used for fraud shortly after placing order.

Scammers; never received product! They don’t answer any phone calls, emails or anything STAY AWAY!!!!!

Scammers. Never received item. Never got any follow up to my inquiry. Stay away from this faux company.

I made an order (birthday gifts for two of my children) on March 2, 2024, paid for my order, received an email with my order number and information that my items would be processed shortly and never heard another word. I have called, emailed, messaged on their website and received no response. I'm going to attempt to contact my bank and get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This is obviously a scam and they're just stealing money.

I purchased a blender on coffee units.com using a credit card on March 22nd 2024. the next day I checked my account and there was a charge on my credit card for $1,000 for GoFundMe. I called and was told an organization called the donor fund attempted to charge my credit card $16,000. I canceled my credit card and As of this writing coffee units.com did not charge my credit card and has not attempted to contact me even though they have all my contact info. I will update.

Deceptive marketing. No communication from company until using social media (they ignore email), to which the representative was highly unprofessional. They claim a refund was issued as a shipping minimum was not met — though they NEVER emailed or communicated about this cancellation, and they did not indicate a shipping minimum on the website or when placing the order. No refund was issued on my statement and I had to submit a claim with my credit card company for resolution. Beware, seems like a scam based on the reviews here and Google.

Didn't have a choice had to choose 1 start but would give them none of given the choice. THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM!!! THE ALSO APPEAR ON YOUR STATEMENT AS WAKANDA BAR N GRILL FROM TEXAS AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE COFFEE IN IS FROM CALIFORNIA. BLOCK THIS COM LOAN BY FROM CHARGING YOUR ACCOUNTS IMMEDIATELY!

Scam site, ordered a product through their site and It never arrived, no one answers the phone. They default to charging your bank account or a non traditional CC payment

Coffeeunits.com is a scam! After paying for the goods, an attempt was made to charge $1000 and $990 from my new card. This card data was only available to this store. Do not trust, do not leave your data on this site. If you have provided card details, change the card!

SCAM SCAM SCAM I wish I had read the "Scam" post earlier. Ordered a coffeemaker on Jan 26 2024, never received a thing although money was removed from my account. Still showing "Processing" over a month later, no one is answering my calls or responding at their online help center.

Ordered a coffee maker on 1/26/24 that I have not received. Charged my card for it but I have never received a response from anyone. Will have to get a credit from my card company. This company is a complete scam.

This is a follow up to my previous review. Still have not received the Keurig I ordered. I have opened a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Please do not believe the 5 star reviews. They are FAKE, FAKE, FAKE.

Placed online order for Cafelat Robot & Filters on Jan 19. Received email confirmation on Jan 20 the order was processed with 3-7 days shipping. Shipment never received & all communication fell on deaf ears (2x voicemail messages & online chat - which has since been conveniently removed). Initiated charge dispute with American Express & was credited as they investigate. Sad outcome because the online communication, for a week prior via online chat, was great - quick responses & could even pick up the item at their store. I took the bait…

The website stated 3-7 day delivery. There was no tracking information to determine where the order was. After no product was received after on the seventh day I tried to call the phone number, got voicemail and left a message but got no reply. I replied to the email generated with the order, got no reply. I tried chatting using the message feature on the website, got no reply (Ironically, the message feature states "We reply immediately" but they don't reply AT ALL). Don't do business with these people, you cannot depend on them.

WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE HAND. ORDERED PAID EXTRA FOR FAST SHIPPING ON 1/23/24, STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED IT. CALLED, NO RESPONSE. EMAILED, NO RESPONSE. CAN'T LOG ON AS A CUSTOMER, CAN'T GET ANY KIND OF RESPONSE. CHAT SAID IT WAS SHIPPED BUT CAN'T GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER. WILL CALL MY BANK AND ASK FOR A FULL REFUND

I never received my air fryer from them and it was suppose to be here last week. I've tried chatting with someone on their chat help, and no one even responded. Worst company. Don't EVER buy from them.

Yes, this company is a scam!! I've opened an investigation with my credit card company.

Do not buy anything, it is a SCAM, all the five star comments are fake, do not be scammed by coffee units

Ordered a filter for $5 . It got delivered. I'm not sure if they delivered cause of the items price but so far my experience with them was great.
