I received very fast and helpful service today, and went away a very happy customer.

I previously experienced some difficulties with another auction house, which led me to switch to EAMA Group. As I was unfamiliar with their procedures, I reached out to their customer care team. I was extremely impressed with the level of assistance I received; the representative handling my enquiry responded very promptly and was very helpful. They also followed up to ensure I had all the support I needed. Such excellent service is quite rare nowadays. Thank you very much for your professionalism.

Haven’t used EMMA Auctions much. My only negative was I wanted to know the delivery charge before I bid on a pallet of slabs but was unable to find out this information. I took a chance and won the lot. From there on Victoria.was very helpful sorting out best price for delivery. Was a small problem but was sorted properly. On a whole with fees and delivery very pleased.
