Absolute shocking Auction company. Bought a number of SMEG items. Some missing, others the wrong item delivered, some broken with integral missing parts. All of them had been extensively used & were only fit for the bin. Near £1000 down the drain. Stay clear!!!

Product arrived in an opens box obviously box and had clearly been opened crammed back in with bits missing despite the pictures showing new showing a new product obviously screen grabbed from Google . Most auction sites show the actual product that you are bidding on . Postage is also excessive . Avoid this site .

The items are exactly as described, the used returns turn up used and untested, they were not much better than scrap but it was my choice to take the gamble. The surplus stock looked liked it was returned stock too but difficult to be 100% sure. The postage was slow and expensive. The auction house was good to deal with and things did eventually arrive. I would say I've learned my lesson. "Buy cheap, buy twice" this stuff is cheap, it's cheap for a reason, it's been returned for a reason. If you're into fixing things it might be worth the risk. For me personally it's not worth the money or effort. Next time I will buy from somewhere which offers a returns policy for faulty items.

I bid on the first part of the auction on flooring and no other bids went in so my low vote was dismissed. If they are not willing to let goods go so cheaply then please put a reserve on. I did win some underlay, paid and ordered delivery. The process after winning was well organised and smooth although I did think the transport cost was significantly above what should have been charged.

I'm aware of how misleading auctions can be and you always have to read the terms and conditions, never trust a photo and always view and try if you can. I successfully use another and have never been caught out but thought I'd try supreme auctions. My number one rule is never buy electrical items because chances are they are not working.
1st Time - won a number of items, but when I collected I was informed many out of stock but in fairness they replaced with another product so no issues.
2nd time- won three different styles of mugs, I had the correct amount but sealed boxes so unable to check and turned out I had not been given one type and too many of another. Again not a huge issue because they are still quality.
3rd time - shouted at but a neighbouring business employee over parking issues, other than that all was brilliant.
4th time - I think this maybe the cause of many bad reviews....Liquidation sale. I'm well aware liquidation is not brand new stuff all the time, it can be returns, damaged and not working. Supreme auctions use stock photos opposed to photos of the actual item. For some reason I decided to bid on electrical items in a liquidation lot and basically wasn't worth the time or money. I knew this was a strong possibility so cannot complain it includes used, dirty and not working. Only one item made the invoice worthwhile. The reason I'm doing three stars is because one of the items caught fire within 30 Seconds and whilst supreme auctions were perhaps not to know this, surely there's a process to protect buyers from goods that are unsafe and risk to people that stops other businesses passing items to auction houses. I haven't raised the issue because I know the terms and conditions and it's been disposed of safely. Also I had another item that had been repacked to look brand new and sealed but not working.Again S.A may not be aware of the particular item.
Staff are lovely, helpful and most work flat out to get your items for you. Staff behind the scenes answer emails promptly and always polite.
I would never advise to avoid because there are some treasures to be found, but certainly be cautious and know that what you are buying may not be new, it may not be the correct item it may not be working, but honest mistakes can happen.

I visited the auction today, and had some car trouble, the customers and staff were very helpful. I was served by Bren who want above and beyond customer service. He also mentioned which products I would receive a refund for so I was aware straight away

You are given a time to collect your lots but no one sticks to it. Parking on site is very limited. No staff organise or supervise the queue. If management are reading this you need to overhaul your entire collection process. It is not customer focused and let's down an otherwise good service.

Organising delivery is impossible. How they are still in business amazes me.
Will be taking it further. Paid for 3 separate deliveries for 4 items and it’s messed up royally. One item received so far. Website has bugs in it and decides when it will accept my login. Customer services are rude and totally unhelpful.

I am bewildered by the so-called "SUPREME' Auctions' inability to accommodate basic customer requests such as alternative delivery address, different to the billing one. I used their service for the very first time. The message about change of delivery address from the billing address was burried in a follow up email which not every customer will read. Their website does not have an option for having a profile with a billing address different to the delivery address. Every company which nowadays uses on-line services for sales has that option. Further, Supreme do not allow customers to use their own courer delivery service whereby customers can rely on: a/ choice of supplier/price; and b/ courier's systems for alternative deliery address to the billing one. In addition, on a purchase totalling less than £75, their commission and tax made the total come to some £113 which pails into insignifance compoared to the high delivery fee of £96. As regards the delivery charge, it was made clear in their company information that normal packages delivery costs are normally less than £20, whereas entire pallets delivery charges start from just over £70, whereas my package (2 radiators,i.e. far from an entire pallet) was priced at £96.

All of the above and their lack of willingness/ability to simply alter the delivery address, despite three separate email messages and two calls with their Customer Serivce (with an officer by the name of Lisa who asked me to send her a specific email message "FAO: Lisa", and another lady who coul dnot find the email in Lisa's absence subsequently), simply leaves Supreme's customers in disbelief that a multi-million pount Plc. company is unable to accommodate a simple request for an alternative deliery address! In this day and age, and with charges that Supreme apply and the high cost of delivery, this is frankly shocking!

First time buying from Supreme Auctions, I was very happy with the quality of the products. Everything was where it should be and works fine.
My only gripe is the collection process, the guys in the warehouse are working their socks off it is clear to see. I was queuing for 50 minutes for 2 boxes. If there was a collection point for pallets and separate collection point for smaller items I think it would move a bit quicker. I wish I grabbed the guys name who helped me carry my boxes to the car, he is a credit to the company. I am
Not put off though, I will no doubt use again in the future.
