customer service is poor
BEAST SHEDS customer service is poor, web site very misleading on how sheds are made. spoke to manager to make a complaint was not interested.. was told if not happy with shed to return and lose deposit and as they ask for 50% deposit that,s a lot of money to lose. i would look at alternative shed manufacturers if i was buying again.
do your homework before you buy. 3 stars are for the fitters they were ok

We feel it is important to correct the inaccurate information contained within it.
Your review states that the shed was not manufactured from 3x2 timber. This is incorrect. Your shed was built using **3x2 CLS structural timber**, exactly as advertised and specified at the time of purchase. CLS timber is a planed structural timber, meaning its finished dimensions are smaller than its nominal size. This is the industry standard across the UK and does not mean the wrong product has been supplied.
At no stage were you supplied with an inferior specification.
You also state that our website is misleading. We strongly disagree. The specification clearly states **3x2 CLS**, not rough-sawn 3" x 2" timber. These are two different products, and the distinction is well recognised within the timber industry.
When you contacted us, we explained this and also advised that if you wished to reject the shed after it had been manufactured and installed to the agreed specification, this would be treated in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. This was not a lack of interest in your complaint, but simply an explanation of your contractual options.
We're pleased that you were happy with our installation team, but we cannot accept criticism based on an incorrect understanding of the product specification.

Where to begin
Where to begin - this is the third shed that I have ordered from 'Easy Shed' over a period of 20 years.
On every occasion has been a great experience.
However before I ordered this time, I did look at the reviews because business, staff, quality can change over time.
Some were a little worrying - but I decided to go ahead anyway based on my previous experience.
Ordering on line is easy and efficient and sheds can be customised for preference - payment was easy - confirmation of the order was prompt. Communication from the office on delivery dates was also good. The delivery date came and the installers arrived on time and were very personable and did a great job. My only caveat on this experience is the type/quality of wood seems to have changed, maybe not as robust as previous sheds, but still O.K. So do your due diligence see if you can get an example of the wood before ordering and make sure you are getting exactly what you expect.

Regarding the timber, we completely understand your comments and would just like to clarify that you opted for our classic timber range. This is our standard timber option which does require regular treatment and maintenance to preserve and protect the wood over time.
We do also offer alternative timber upgrades with different specifications and finishes, so we always encourage customers to discuss options with us before ordering if they are looking for a more premium or lower-maintenance finish.

From ordering online (with excellent details) to the shed being installed it was great. Two cheerful young men arrived and got on straight away, working in perfect harmony despite awful wet weather. The shed looks really solid, so much better than I expected for the price, I recommend this company if you need a shed!

Very pleased with my shed!
I did so much research into sheds and companies before finally settling on this one. Having never had a shed before and it costing a lot of money, I didn't want to get it wrong. I'm so glad I went with easy shed (also known as beast sheds). They were fantastic throughout. Excellent communication when I had queries about my order (I thought I'd messed it up but thankfully I hadn't!), they had great attention to detail and care about their sheds. I love that they are customised so you can add bits on, like upgrades, or security, which I did. The shed itself is extremely well built and very strong. I've seen no areas of concern with the wood like I saw in reviews for other companies. It is good quality wood, no splitting, warping, holes in the knots etc. I had exactly what I wanted pictured in my head and I spent months searching for it, and this company delivered exactly what I wanted! The guys who came to build it were very professional and friendly, they put it up quickly, they tidied up after themselves. Delivery window was reasonable and I was kept up to date with it

The process from the online order, to fitting of the shed, went exactly to plan, with zero stress. The team that built the shed were very polite, highly skilled in carpentry, and worked very efficiently and completed a 9'X7' pent, security beast shed, in well under 2 hours. They left the property and garden in a very tidy condition after all work was completed. Very satisfied with the overall process, quality of workmanship and the finished building.

The website was easy to use and place my order. Had verbal and written confirmation within 24 hours. Sophie in the office was so helpful and knowledgeable, it was also great to be able to speak to a person. Very happy with my shed, which was an ex-demo, also the price, which included delivery, build and re-felt. Delivery of shed was exactly on time, and everything as agreed in advance, no mess left.

The whole experience was great,from ordering to getting the shed erected. The boys building the shed even replaced a couple of panels that were damaged in transit. Great work all round. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to use website and was able to…
Easy to use website and was able to visualise what my shed would look like. Also able to see optional extras available and add or subtract. The price was fully inclusive of delivery and erecion by the delivery team. Was given a delivery date and latter confirmation of time slot. Was fully kepted updated and reminders of delivery. On the day the team arrived on time and erected the shed. On completion was asked to check if I was happy with the shed.
The team were polite and also wore company T shirts. Overall very impressed with quality of the shed and the service
