eclipsenurserystore.co.uk Reviews

From start to finish our experience with Eclipse was excellent. All the staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. We bought a pram bundle and are delighted with it!

Bought a rocking chair from online store and I couldn’t ask for better service. Delivery was brilliant and the staff was very helpful as I changed address before the chair was being delivered and got a new address to add to the delivery and was no hassle. Also the chair is beautiful piece of furniture really happy with it.

I was a little dubious about ordered from this website as I hadn’t heard of it before, but I went ahead and ordered the cybex Orfeo pram. It was a lot cheaper than any of the other websites, and it arrived within a couple of days. Very happy with purchase!

We visited the store to view car seats and loved the selection available and staff were knowledgable and happy to help explain features.
When we were ready to order i contacted the store and was offered to buy through the store with a bank transfer or attend and pay. Or buy online, which was the same price and included free delivery within a few days.
Very happy with quality and quick delivery

Quick, efficient and exactly like the pic! Would order again!

I bought my car seat from eclipse. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They were so welcoming and able to answer all questions I had. They don’t pressure you into buying anything. Would highly recommend 🌟

Quick responses to questions, very good communication. Express shipping. I'm very satisfied.!

I bought a stroller on the weekend , it was already shipped on Monday, and my son was already walking on it on Wednesday. We are very satisfied

The girls in the Ballymena shop are exceptional. They are super helpful and knowledgeable about all products and there is never any pressure to buy. I keep coming back because of the great customer service and do recommend the store to anyone.

Ordered to ROI and couldn’t believe how fast the delivery was. Received car seat and base within 2 days with DPD, where other retailers said there was a 5 week wait for the same items at a higher price. Would highly recommend

Ordered a car seat - it was shipped within 24 hours and arrived with me the next working day. Customer Service even sent an email to advise regarding packaging due to units being sent by the manufacturer in boxes of 2, rather than single units. Really happy with the service and would definitely order from Eclipse again.

Incredibly fast shipping, ordered and arrived the next day!!! Despite saying 3-5 business days! Perfect condition. Top notch service

I bought my pram and a few bits and pieces in the ballymena store. The experience was amazing. They ladies in the store were very knowledgeable and really put me at ease and there was a great range. Would definitely recommend .

Quick delivery of my item, and packaged well. Couldn’t ask for more.

Ordered a travel pram online, very smooth ordering process and very quick delivery - wouldn't hesitate to order from here again

Lynsey was so extremely helpful at all our visits. We got our full travel system and sleeping bits and pieces for our baby, to a high chair that will do them from birth to old age! I would definitely recommend them to get whatever you need for your baby or toddler.

Overall great experience. First time I ordered it arrived the following day, second time around it had not arrived after a few days but once I got in touch it was delt with asap. Both times goods arrived in perfect condition

Amazing customer service, kept me informed on my order. Fast and speedy delivery of items and all reasonably priced would totally order again thank you

The best customer service I have come across in retail. I purchased all of my baby essentials from Eclipse Nursery Store for both of my babies, from newborn bundles, nursery furniture, travel systems, car seats, Out n About double pram, Tripp Trapps and the list goes on. The girls are so lovely and very knowledgeable about all of their products. I also love that you can place an order and pay off in instalments until you are ready to collect. My most recent order was delivered to me the same day when my newborn arrived as I couldn’t get to the store for a few days! The added bonus of shopping local was being able to see all of the items on the shop floor and try them out. Another major bonus was they installed my new car seat. Fantastic people!

Absolutely fantastic staff with brilliant service, advice and help!Would highly recommend anyone on the market for prams, car seats etc to call here!!
