The company was very easy to deal with. We wanted our design printed on to Tote bags and Deepshikha was really helpful to us in terms of providing advice and guiding us along the way. We needed the bags by a certain time and our deadline was met. Bags were received and are of very good quality, very happy with them. Regular communication from Deepshikha at every stage was appreciated

Really pleased with our cotton bags order. Mou was very gentle with us as first time customers, guiding us through the process in a professional and friendly manner. We were given all the information we needed prior to placing our order, and were really impressed with the speed of production and delivery. Great product and nice people to work with. :D

I am very happy with the quality of the Jute bags we ordered. Deepshikha was very pleasant from when I initially contacted the company. She even contacted me on her day off from work when I needed to speak to her. To reassure me of the quality of the bags, she sent me a sample to look at before purchasing the large quantity that I needed. Whenever I sent an email, she would respond to my messages speedily.

What an amazing company. We needed a real quick turnaround and they helped us all the way. Great product and great prices.

Excellent service from Mou and the team who managed to get a large order of jute bags to us in time for our event in a very short space of time. A really lovely quality product and the print team manged to do a fantastic job of printing our tricky logo too. Can highly recommend and would order again for reliable and quality service.

Ecoduka have been great to deal with and from my experience of working with them (to order some printed bags) I would definitely recommend them. I dealt with Deepshikha who was great - knowledgeable, helpful, detailed and very prompt at replying (and patient - we took a long while to decide what we wanted with lots of questions!)
We also wanted a company who could provide bags with good sustainability credentials and with good ethics, which Ecoduka demonstrated.

Great service! I ordered tote bags for an event and I needed them delivered in the UK but I ordered from Spain where I'm based and the service and quality were great! Deepshikha was the person taking care of my order and they were very helpful and kind! Recommend it! :)
