Incredibly excellent customer service and delivery of tote bags!! We ordered 70 tote bags with complex design on them and had them delivered in under a week. Deepshika from Jute Trading went above and beyond in supporting us with our order, very prompt email responses and informed us and gave advice when our design didn't go well on certain tote bag colours. I will definitely be ordering more tote bags, and wouldn't choose anyone else to deal with. Integrity and trust is top notch at this organisation. I used this company to do custom jute gift bags for my daughter's first birthday and to say I had a good experience would be an understatement, everything was wonderful!! From my initial query, to receiving the bags, I was liaising with Mou who was absolutely fantastic. We had a custom print on one side of the bag and Mou emailed & called numerous times until I was happy with the final design. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Once the invoice was raised, their accounts team got in contact to confirm receipt of payment and they began working on the bags. Delivery was very very prompt, I think from payment to receiving the bags was only about 8 days!! Once we got the bags, I immediately knew they were professionally done. The printing was excellent, not easily removed and the quality of the bags themselves were amazing. I am very very happy I stumbled across this company in my search and even more happy that we went with them. From start to finish they were excellent. 10/10 would recommend!!

Ordering our custom designed jute bags couldn't have been easier. Communicated was great every step of the way and the attention to detail was second to none. They worked closely with us to ensure our artwork was suitable for the screen printing process we required. We were also working to a short time frame and they delivered a large quantity of bags to us by the date required. Highly recommend.
