Just joined Ecohost due to their environmental credentials. I had to move from another service with a bespoke wordpress theme and emails that are crucial for my business. Part the reason I hadn't moved before was the migration issues.

Ecohost were super helpful and quick. I ordered my package on friday morning. By monday lunchtime my emails and site were migrated fully, with constant and easy communications from the migration team, with only 2 people in contact, meaning they were across my issues immediately.

If they continue to be as good as they have been so far, I'll be very happy.

A relatively simple hosting task - to transfer two email accounts to their servers. It went OK - a few bumps in the road - but by and large the experience was OK. Their price and packages are good and competitive and they have sorted out any niggles quite well. Early days but I'm optimistic -- and saving money!

I use Ecohosting for many of my website projects. Their support is always friendly, fast and helpful and their services pretty much uninterupted. Highly recommend to those looking for an alternative, ethically minded web services provider.

A breath of fresh air. I'm very happy with the service provided and rapid response to queries or support tickets. I needed a rapid solution after experiencing a growing number of persistent and/or repetitive issues with the servers at my previous reseller hosting provider, their increasingly poor responsiveness to issues raised, and ultimately an un-announced and botched migration to new servers that ultimately resulted in sites going offline and me being locked out of all accounts (still the case 4 days later). I needed to recover sites for clients quickly from my backups and get them back online, and so far I've been very happy with the level of support provided and the responsiveness to my queries.

The green credentials of Eco Hosting were also a major factor in choosing this provider.

As I was lacking support from the old host and wanting a greener alternative I opted to move to Ecohosting. They were prompt in their responses and provided clear explanations for the different steps. They made it easy.

Excellent from top to bottom. Easy to get hold of for problems - rare among companies nowadays, who try to shirk responsibility behind labyrinthine 'knowledge bases' and FAQs. No junk mail. Top prices. And above all real green credentials. How all businesses should be, but aren't.

Have been using these guys for a number of years. Their system is simple, easy to use, and just works. All you could ask for in a hosting company.

But, what is outstanding is their technical support - real humans, who know what their talking about, get stuff done, and answer queries almost instantly.

I migrated my website hosting, domains and emails to them as they were much better value than my previous suppliers. Some issues with the transfer but support kept me updated and were creative in finding a solution so that everything was working perfectly. SSL certificate issue, quickly fixed

Used for over 4 years. The odd issue over the years (some self inflicted admittedly) but each time resolved quickly and diligently so very happy. Would strongly recommend.

I've been a customer of Eco Hosting for a couple of years now and it's all been remarkably painless, and much (much!) cheaper than my old provider. In that time I had one temporary issue with my mail service, which was resolved extremely rapidly and with excellent communication. Great value and great service - a winner all round.

My website and emails had gone offline. This was promptly fixed by the service team. In fairness, they have always been quick to respond to any queries I have had. I highly recommend them and they are based in UK which is always a bonus :-)

Ecohosting are the 5th consecutive web host I've had in the last 22 years online. I have always looked carefully for the kind of host I want, sad to loose good ones due to changes in the business, and sometimes needing to move on when they failed to deliver. Ecohosting have been impeccable since I joined them, after a comprehensive search in 2020. Tech issues are promptly resolved through a ticketing system that works, whenever they arise. Prices remain competitive, and good to know the servers are running at above ecological Par-for-the-course. Thanks to all at Ecohosting.

I've just had my personal web site moved from wordpress.com to ecohosting hostpresto.com. This was done very quickly, and I was able to visit the front end and the WordPress Admin without any trouble.
If I noticed anything it was that images seemed to display slowly, but after a day or two everything was great.

Had a problem with accessing cPanel. Sent in a ticket and very quickly got a reply from support. He immediately contacted Norton who were causing the problem but received a useless reply from their support. He sent me the chat script to prove it. So not Eco Hosting fault and they very quickly tried to resolve the matter. Eco Hosting then offered a solution to help me get around it which was constructive.
