Very clear communication from start to finish for the order. Very quick delivery. Great product, the bricks are easier to use in my compact fire box, and burn like a dream.

Ruf eco logs wouldn’t be for me
Ruf eco logs wouldn’t be for me. Smokey and slow to light, ok once burning but very ‘dusty’ while storing so won’t be buying again.

Thank you for leaving your feedback. The larger RUF sample pack you bought are dense and need to be started properly, to make stronger initial fire in order to achieve clean burning. Being "smokey" is a sign you have not established the fire hot enough and your system is not at operational heat, possibly airflow restricted. We have a handy video on the product page how to light the RUF on fire and it is very easy once you follow the little system, once these are lit on fire the heat is enormous. Please note we do other products that might be better suited to your personal liking, easier and faster to establish on fire. We are open to advise anyone in their choice via our com channels.

Super heat from the logs
We have just lit up a fire with the wood we received recently, the logs are very dry and there is a super heat from the fuel. Delivered on time, happy overall.

Good product but price has nearly doubled in the last years. Looking forward to the old prices in the coming years as energy prices decline? 5 Stars for service, response and delivery. Very professional. The price is competitive ie compares to rival suppliers even those that manufacture here in Ireland!

Doubled in price in 1 year.
I give 3 stars for the almost double price increase. Last year it was €390/pallet, this year €659. Otherwise it is a good service, fast delivery, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately this is a negative worldwide phenomenon and it is not a secret that the cost of wood material and energy have spiraled in recent years. As much as we dislike it we were forced to adjust the prices as other merchants in order to continue to serve our customers. Rest assured we remain competitive at this economic climate. Thank you for your continuing support!
