First of all, I received an order that was 3 times smaller than what the description said in the seller's site. Secondly, when I reached out to customer support for a refund for their defective product, I was told I needed to send a picture of the suit to "prove" that it was too small. Why would I lie about that? Finally, I was contacted by customer service two days after I requested a refund and was told I needed to pay $40-50 to return their defective product back to China when the suit i bought was only $60 to begin with. Make it make sense. Purchase at your own risk.

If I could give them a zero I would. They claim you can return things but they give you the runaround and then say there’s a $29. 99. Return fee and offer you a different size if you wanna spend another $30 plus you have to pay to ship back the one that you’re trying to return. Total scam.

I ordered a jacket on company's website. It has mentioned it will be delivered in 5 days. On 5th day, I sent an email, they sent tracking number without estimated delivery date. I waited for 1 more week and then sent an email to cancel the order as there was no option of canceling the order online. They did not respond for 3-4 days. Then product arrived, quality was 3rd class. I said I want to return. They said it will cost $40-$50 to return it and asked to ship it to china. At the time order they did not show China address, they were showing NY address. Product cost is $49 and return is $40-$50. They never responded on my concern of delayed shipment and refunding my money. Very poor service, quality, and cheating practices.
