It took weeks to get here and then the fabric was not as described. I knew you needed to send it back but as I see other people mention, it’s to Australia. Seeing how many steps it takes to return it, I guess I’m going to be out $75. Poor company

Oliver have been one of the most reliable clothing stores I've bought from in the past year. I don't get the negative reviews!!?? This store is absolute class; everything I buy from it is 10/10 in quality, and the customer service always gets back to me within the hour.

P.S. Perfect for gifts; my kids love it.

My sweater arrived WITHOUT one tag - anywhere. They claimed it was cashmere - it was clearly not. The jacket tags were no where to be found either. Their website says $5-10 shipping back. It was $45 because you have to send it to AUSTRALIA and it came from CA. It took 4 emails to get 'approval' to send it back. This company is a sham with CHEAP textiles.

This dress looked beautiful online but when I received the dress, it was made with cheap polyester fabric and was too large. I also had difficulty tracking the package.

Really happy with these shoes from Atelier Oliver. They look even better in person and feel comfortable straight away without needing much time to break them in. The quality feels solid for the price, and they’re easy to style with pretty much anything. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them and would buy from Atelier Oliver again.

The pleated skirt has a nice flare and the waistband stays comfortable all day. Easy to wear with tights or without.

Waited long time for product, was supposed to be made in USA not China. Bought Ex Large Shirt was a Large, Quality was cheap but price was not. LABEL WAS CUT OFF THE COLLAR WONDER WHY!!! Underwear I bought was junk also. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Absolutely awful and I don’t even know where to start. Shoes I received were not what the pictures were. Same for the suit. Absolutely awful. Shipping took almost a month as well. I would never buy from them ever again. I don’t know how they’re in business.

Ordered a dress that was priced at $58, I read the reviews and shipping information. Made sure it wasn't shipped from overseas because I was limited on time for my event. So ordered on Sept 4,2026 says it was shipped on Sept 5, 2026. By Sept 17, 2026 I sent email asking for tracking. They just kept saying we will look into this for you. On Sept 25, 2026 I asked for a refund they advised that once I received the item then I could return it. Return fee would be from $20-$40 then once they received it I would be credited. Finally received the dress on Sept 29th. Looks like it was ordered from Temu. Never again!!!
