Enjoyed this boot camp so much! I learned a lot and was able to network. I am feeling so much more motivated after this two day event and feel like I finished with so much more knowledge.

Excellent program. The content provided more than I expected and gave me a number of takeaways that I could apply going forward. The format was really well structured (particularly given it was a remote program). The host brought great energy and created a very engaging and interactive session. The networking session at the end was well executed and included some great panelists who everyone had an opportunity to interact with directly for meaningful connections. I would highly recommend this program to others who are looking to step up their job search efforts!

The career bootcamp increased my confidence and skills to be able to find a job that fit my experience and career goals. I was able to put actionable items into place immediately after the camp was over that resulted in networking opportunites and job interviews. Highly recommened this bootcamp for job seekers looking to increase their chances of finding a great job.

I participated in a workshop given by Shireen Jaffer in April 2020. It was four 90 minute zoom sessions over the course of four evenings. It covered networking, resumes, LinkedIn, and an opportunity to hear the stories of a number of professional women and network with them. There was also networking and mentoring among workshop participants. A lot of useful and eye opening information for anyone interested in looking for a job or furthering their career.

Shireen Jaffer is a superstar! I learned so much from her and I highly recommend that you participate in her Bootcamp. It will add tremendous value to both your job search and your professional life.

I had no idea what to expect going into the Edvo Bootcamp, but after completing the week long experience-I'm so glad I joined in! I learned many new tips and tricks to position myself to use my strengths and passions to land any job I desire. I'm so grateful to all the other participants whose energy and commitment made the bootcamp a fun and captivating space. Shireen absolutely made the experience unique and helpful. I seek out a lot of professional development events so believe me when I say Shireen is one of the most motivating, enlightening, transparent & enthusiastic to help individuals! I attended the Job Search Bootcamp via Zoom over the course of 4 days. Some of the best networking tips I've ever received. Not only during networking events but more importantly what to do AFTER! Shireen breaks it all down to simple action items, and in the process helping young professionals like myself realize the key is to be your genuine self. But what I appreciate most is that the help and support doesn't end with the bootcamp. It continues even after and you get access to a long list of resources!

I was introduced to Edvo through outplacement services offered by employer due to COVID-19 layoffs. Having never worked with professional services prior, I was apprehensive about working with Edvo. During my first session I was introduced to Shireen who was incredible warm, empathic, and comprehensive in understanding my professional background and goals. We spent our sessions throughly reviewing my resume, LinkedIn, and established strategies for approaching my job hunt. I was able to achieve my goals of finding a new position within several weeks! I highly recommend anyone to Edvo for their thoughtful and effective methodologies.

I've been to many events that similarly focused on networking, professional development, and the works, but none quite as motivating, actionable, and in-depth as the Edvo Bootcamp. I especially loved how engaging the sessions were because we had the opportunity to do peer reviews and meet 1:1 with leading recruiters in the industry. I couldn't be more grateful for the insights and community I've gained.
