I did a rotation in August 2025, and had an amazing experience with them. Dr. Desai provided me with 1-1 consultation and offered advice for my match. He and Dan kept in touch throughout my match cycle. Overall a really good experience.

I had an amazing experience with Md2b. They helped me out with an amazing rotation, and were just one text away if there was any issues. I got an opportunity to meet Dr. Desai and gain more knowledge from his experience and he gave me lot of advice which I know will help in a long run. I would definitely recommend to all the img’s who is looking for a trustworthy rotations.

In the beginning, I was skeptical about hiring the services of MD2B Connect. But the experience exceeded by far my expectations and the results were outstanding. In my initial interview with Dan and Alyssa, they helped me set clear goals and handpicked the rotations that would provide me with the academic exposure and clinical experiences needed to enhance my ERAS application.

I rotated with different pathologists, with specialties in different areas of the field like hematopathology, dermatopathology, GI pathology, molecular genetics, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, next-generation sequencing, FISH, etc, which gave me a great understanding of the specialty and even helped me to choose a preferred path for future fellowships. This was a wonderful tool during my residency interviews.

The guidance and mentorship of Dr. Desai was invaluable as well. His phone was available for us to receive great advice and recommendations. He instructed the preceptors on writing the appropriate LoRs that could have the greatest impact on our application. I always received from them a positive response and their letters helped me to secure a residency in Pathology during this #match2025.

I am very grateful to the MD2B Connect team and their service. I really hope this review helps others to decide to get the necessary US clinical experience through this agency. It will be a great investment of your time and money in your career.

I had an OUTSTANDING experience at Md2b Connect from them setting up my rotation to the guidance and mentorship they provided throughout the application cycle. Starting with the rotation they were very helpful and intentional about finding a rotation that would fit my needs, I was able to have numerous phone calls to that effect and sure enough had an amazing rotation!! They transparently and readily answer all your questions so be sure to do your due diligence and ask them. They accommodated my schedule and were very flexible and understanding when I needed to take a break during my rotation.
Now one of the biggest highlights is how unmatched the mentorship and guidance throughout the application season is. Dr Desai, an expert that has authored many books on the match and his team care sooooo much about its applicants being successful and it truly SHOWS. I’ve benefited from sooooo much advice and guidance loooong after my rotation was over and am so grateful to their incredible team and to Dr Desai. I don’t think there is any other program like it out there to be honest! Do not walk RUN if you’re thinking about working with them, you’ll be much better off for it!!!!!!!

I am an old grad who look to become a primary care physician in the US. I need some hands-on inpatient rotations to refresh my skill as a resident intern and get familiar with the US healthcare system.

The inpatient family medicine/internal medicine rotation with Physician ID 105 at Orlando was exceptional. Under his teaching I was quickly able to manage 16-20 patients a day doing all the work residents would do: admission, consult, orders, discharge; pre-charting, charting, rounding, taking calls. He also introduced me to all the specialists and other healthcare professionals and helped me get familiar with the US hospital system. After the rotation I feel much more prepared than before.

MD2B effectively communicates with you. Dan made sure all the process is clear and transparent and i have all the support I needed. Because of this, I canceled my rotation with another agency (the unclear and one-way communication caused me a lot of headaches) and choose to continue working with MD2B team. Even though their rotations are more expensive, the quality, the communication and flexibility make it worth the money.

I also bought the interview course and had individual interview session help from Dr Desai. I tried three interview coaches and he is by far the best. Not only because he is an experienced interviewer himself but the coaching itself is highly personalized and Dr. Desai made sure all my questions were answered. I feel he and his team really have my best interest in heart, which is something I don’t feel other agencies do.

Right from the start the MD2B team was very clear about all the details regarding the experiences. What I really appreciate about them is their no-nonsense approach which is very transparent. They take care of their clients and make no false promises - what you see is what you get. The mentoring I received for my rotations and my application in general - both from the MD2B team and the wonderful doctors I rotated with - was priceless. The doctors I rotated with were also amazing teachers who took the time to make me feel comfortable and build a connection with me. I would definitely recommend MD2B Connect. In a journey where countless entities may not be what they seem, MD2B stands apart as an honest and reliable option.

I had a wonderful time with MD2B. Like any student I wasn’t sure how reliable a rotation through a non - university based programme would be, but I was quickly assured that my experience would be great right from the first meeting. My rotations were hand picked for me based on my personal experience. The rotations were very hands on, I got to conduct patient histories, examinations, write notes and explore the EMR system, research and engage in conversations regarding specific academic topics. I was treated like a colleague and was actively involved in patient care. I got a great taste of what American healthcare is about, motivating me and reaffirming my wish to pursue my residency in the US.
Dr. Desai along with his entire team were always happy to help and proactively stayed connected during the course of the rotation as well. Dr. Desai also promptly answered any questions I had even after the rotation.
Overall, it was a great experience and I definitely recommend MD2B for USCEs!

Dr. Desai provides a very personalised mentorship. He handpicks rotations based on our background and it doesn’t end there. Dr. Desai called me up to find out how my rotation went and gave me advice on my application. He met me and another student personally when we were rotating in Houston. There are many advantages and perks to being an MD2B connect student. Every service provided is top notch and the entire team of MD2B connect including Dan, Alyssa and Manish is very warm and they are always there to help you out. Dr. Desai’s dedication to helping his students inspires me to provide similar service to my patients in future. I highly recommend doing rotations with them because it’s worth every penny.

MD2B Connect is a supportive, great source for those looking for clinical rotations and guidance for USMLE preparation and guidance. I did my first USCE through MD2B connect in Dallas. The whole process of USCE including selection, organization was clearly explained to me by Dan Morris. The rotation was really excellent with lots of new things to learn. The preceptor clearly, patiently explained us about the patient care, EMR and how the system works. Coming to Dr. Desai, he is such a supportive person and a great human being. He has been constantly guiding me since my rotation till now in every aspect. To be honest, this platform doesn't end with rotation, it goes through all the way till your residency. I highly recommend this platform for your USMLE journey. It was indeed a perfect experience!

MD2B Connect is a reliable, consistent and overall great value source for Medical Elective Rotations in the US. Throughout my experience, the client associates were attentive and helpful which made the whole of my rotations run smoothly and put the focus on retaining knowledge from my preceptors. The preceptors I had the opportunity and pleasure of learning from were both professional, knowledgeable, constructive and played a significant role in my personal improvements over the summer. I had a fundamentally perfect experience, I would gladly choose to partake in more electives through them and would recommend their services to anyone.

I had four rotations in the US, and two of them were hooked up by MD2B. One was decent, but the other was seriously exceptional. MD2B is much better at being transparent, ensuring quality, and obtaining the necessary documents and experience required for the residency match process.

When I was looking for USCE last year, I was rushing to sort things out before leaving my home country, so I chose the first rotation by myself because it looked good on MD2B's website. I picked it because it was in a good spot and fit my preferred specialty. The second rotation, though, was suggested by MD2B after they checked out my CV and had a meeting with me about what would suit me best. This one was absolutely amazing, so just trust them!

- About the Rotations:

1. First Rotation: This one had me doing morning rounds at the main hospital and sometimes I visited another small hospital. I saw how they handled different cases and picked up some cool bedside manner tricks. In the clinic, I ran patient consultations solo, wrote chart notes, and did patient presentations. The only downside was my preceptor was crazy busy, so it was tough to get hold of them post-rotation. More autonomy and less teaching than in other rotations I had in the US, so it is good for preparing yourself before residency. Also, the time spent was slightly less compared to my other rotations, which was a bit of a downside for me. However, another student loved it because he needed more time for USMLE prep.

2. Second Rotation: This rotation, which was offered by MD2B, was, in my opinion, the best experience I could have had during my US clinical experience. Throughout this rotation, I shadowed two interventional cardiologists and performed patient consultations and presentations in the clinic. The clinic environment was fantastic, with passionate mentors eager to teach EKG reading and other essential skills. I also had the chance to participate in the morning rounds at the hospital and observe cardiology procedures. Additionally, I attended classes with internal medicine residents at the hospital. On preceptor's call days, I had the opportunity to observe emergency procedures. Both doctors whom I shadowed were IMGs and provided invaluable advice and support, making the month-long practice incredibly fulfilling.

- Letters of Recommendation (LoR):

I obtained two LoRs from each rotation, and if I had asked, I could have obtained one more from the second rotation.

- About MD2B:

1. Always prompt at responding. They prioritize making my USCE experience most helpful for my career. They are willing to solve any problems I may have during my rotation and provide the required documents for my match.

2. Great mentorship. I met the CEO, Dr. Dasai when I was in Texas. He came to my town to meet me and offered me great advice for my successful match. I didn't expect this much help from the USCE agency; they really treated me like their family. They gave me great advice on how to rotate, how to successfully match, and even how to become a good intern during residency!!!

Overall, my experience with MD2B was incredibly positive. My rotations with MD2B were amazing and significantly helped me match with my top choice. I sincerely recommend MD2B to any IMGs seeking USCE opportunities and US MD’s LORs.

It was a seamless experience and I was able to get an observership in NYC so easily after months of trying myself and getting ignored via email. The team were extremely informative and helpful, with plenty of invaluable tips for how to succeed in residency matching. Dr. Desai was particularly helpful and went above and beyond to help me, always checking in via text or phone call, even after I had matched to discuss my long-term goals. I totally believe that I matched into OB-GYN residency in NYC due to the help of MD2B connect and would not hesistate to recommend. If you are an IMG like myself, I would suggest that this is a necessity rather than a recommendation.

I did a 4 week rotation with MD2B in Houston last year. The whole process from start to finish was well organized and personalized, which I found to be the best part about the company.

They’re easy to get in touch with if you have any questions, and provide support and check-ins throughout the placement. The placement itself also offered new insight into parts of internal medicine I had little exposure to prior and was aided in my clinical knowledge.

The entire process was extremely streamlined, even if things were a bit late on my end the admin were very accommodating.

I applied to a few other agencies looking for the best elective I could do as an international medical graduate, none of the agencies asked for an interview except for MD2B Connect. It wasn't just for show, because soon after the interview I was given a list of specific electives offered by the program that would fit me best and provide the most benefit when it came to the match.

Dr. Desai is an amazing individual, we met in person just to get to know where I was at in my medical journey. He provided me with resources and guides for my interviews and residency in general. He would always be available to answer questions even after the elective session was over. He clearly wanted to see his student successed.

I did three externsips with MD2B in the summer of 2023 and I had a fantastic experience all around. From the initial meeting with Dan, to setting up the rotations, to the webinars put on by Dr. Desai, I have no complaints. I loved the relationship that was built and maintained by the MD2B team, and I loved that Dr. Desai and Dan took time to set up in-person meetings when I was rotating in their areas. I even received communications long after I had finished my rotations just for congratulations on my successful match. I know this service is a little more expensive than some of the alternatives but I think it was definitely worth it for the quality of the service MD2B provided. If I had to go back in time, I would do it all over again without a doubt.
