Great service from survey to completion.Team arrived on time completed all work to a very high standard which included insulating an inner garage wall and completely sealing the outside of our quite large bungalow. Work carried out over two days, any debris removed . A great team of workers , just didn’t stop until the job completed. No hesitation in recommending this company to do a competent quality job, thankyou guys.

We recently had our spray foam removed and SuperFoil insulation to our Loft. I would like to thank the entire team for their excellent work.
Communication was outstanding from the very beginning. After the initial survey carried out by Vivek, everything was clearly explained and we were given a very clear plan. This gave us confidence in the process from the start.

Excellent communication from Shakira at Head Office (who kept me informed of the installation process & timings) & Viv, the Surveyor He was extremely knowledgeable & explained in depth the issues with the current attic insulation, walked me through it & demonstrated what needed to be done.
All my queries were answered.

The installation team:-Sam, (Manager), Mack & Jamil worked extremely hard, were respectful of my home, kept me informed by showing me their progress & explaining each stage.

What more can I ask. Only, it would have been nice if they had done it for free. Ha ha

The quotation to remove the open cell foam from my loft was very competitive. The work was carried out in a very efficient manner, on schedule and I was kept fully updated with progress. I was impressed with the final result. Since the work was completed, I have had a couple of queries (regarding the installation carried out by another company) and EHAC have been extremely helpful in dealing with these queries.

I unfortunately had to have my loft spray foam removed due to the new legislation that’s out. My loft is particularly tight and the lads had to remove every inch by hand! They were very careful, a lot of damage can occur if not done properly. They carried out a full removal with very few repairs needed thanks to their patience and diligence.
They were so polite and told me how they were progressing with regular updates. I 100% recommend this company. Thank you!

I was very happy with the service I got from this company. They were hard working, showed up on time, got on with the job (taking off spray foam from roof space) and cleaned up when they finished at the end of the day.

The crew that removed the foam were hard working and did a great job. They were clean and tidy. Also polite and friendly they did not put me under any pressure at all.

Had to have Spray Foam removed for a house sale, EHEA were superb, from the first phone call to the follow up call after completion. Shakira was friendly and very efficient on the calls, explaining everything through for us, and the guys that did the job, were amazing. spending over 10 hours stuck in a loft in hot conditions to remove that awful stuff, can't praise them enough. If you need this job doing, I cannot recommend EHEA highly enough.

We had a great experience with EHEA. They were very helpful prior to installation explaining what would be done and to arrange the job. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and got straight to work. The removal of the old insulation was a little more complicated than they originally anticipated, running over the time they had planned but they came back the next day to suit our schedule. Both days they cleaned up completely after themselves before leaving. The team was very friendly, and hard working.

EHEA have been fantastic to work with. From the start they were both very friendly and helpful. They provided thorough detail of the work involved with the installation of superfoil. When installation day came, the team arrived promptly and introduced themselves and kindly talked us through the process. Each member of the team was friendly and polite through out, keeping us informed of the progress as the installation came along.

As a bonus, at the end of the day they left the place cleaner than when they arrived.

Had a bad experience previously, the company assured me that my problems could be repaired and then the Superfoil could be installed.The team arrived introduced themselves explained the work schedule,suited up ,dust sheets down and then got to work. They kept the house clean throughout and frequently showed me their work. They were very polite and informative.could not fault them at all and their standard of work was excellent. Nothing but praise and I would recommend them to anyone. Well Done
