Pre Appointments amazing
Paid in full then on the day of surgery appointment times kept changing on the run Upto my surgery the day before. Vivek was amazing. But as for aftercare shocking giving how much they charge. It’s sad to say afterwards what your pre told is not followed through in there aftercare.
Place is an absolute disaster waiting to happen only nice and friendly when taking your money

I had a breast reduction and implant at ELANIC in May 2025. From the start, things went wrong — my first surgery was cancelled because staff had forgotten to order my implants. I was already at clinic and prepped for surgery .. could here staff and surgeon arguing in corridor. They rescheduled procedure, I warned them weekly that my wound wasn’t healing, but was told it was fine. By week five, my breast was swollen to double size, I had a high fever, was freezing, struggling to breathe, and had to crawl to my husband for help. I ended up in hospital with sepsis and lost an implant.
My complaints were ignored or mishandled, key call records and photos are missing from my SAR, and I’ve had no reply from the Managing Director or Clinical the Manager. ELANIC deleted my public post and blocked me. I’ve been left disfigured, traumatised, and bed-bound most days since June. I just want accountability — and my life back
There is so much more to story than trust pilot will allow me at moment but elanic seem to think that revising surgery at end of month is a fix. I barely get out of bed
I’ve no intimacy with husband. I’m exhausted all the time. I’m in panic mode every day all day. I miss out on all activities with my children. Including even being present at a meal time.i avoid anything social. I watched my husband cry for first time in our relationship when I was in hospital. The worry on my children’s faces. The depression
. I could quite honestly say I’ve considered just dying and yet the audacity of staff to have the positions they do with no contact whatsoever is abhorrent.
After being ignored, I used an old email and contacted elanic on same info@ that I’d always being contacting and I posed as a new client. I had contact within ten minutes. Yet still nothing when contact as myself. I pre warned them that if no contact from by yesterday then I’d be putting my experience including photo evidence online. They still didn’t contact. But within seconds of my carrying out what u said I would they had removed and blocked me. Still no contact. They only show interest when it’s a sale.
I emailed ELANIC asking for urgent assistance, but no one picked up the message. I then called four times in one day, explaining my symptoms and how unwell I felt. Each time, I was told the nurses were busy and that someone would call me back.
By the time they finally did, it was around 4:30 PM, and I was already at the A&E emergency entrance, convinced I was dying. I was immediately admitted to hospital and diagnosed with sepsis. A swab from my breast confirmed infection, and I was told that if I’d waited 12 more hours, I might not have survived.
I spent 10 days in hospital on five intravenous antibiotics. One of my implants had to be removed by the NHS, as they could only perform emergency treatment — not cosmetic repair. The surgeon at ELANIC did not contact the hospital for four days, despite knowing my condition.
The aftercare team has been appalling — unresponsive, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. While I was still in hospital, one receptionist told my husband, “Don’t worry, we’ll just give her a prosthetic boob and a bra until she’s better.” That kind of comment is unforgivable when someone is fighting sepsis.
I raised a formal complaint (Stage 1), but it was mishandled completely. The Deputy Clinical Manager claimed she didn’t realise it was a formal complaint — even though my email was titled “Formal Complaint.” It took 40 days instead of 20 to get a reply, and the response was completely inadequate
The Deputy Clinical Manager once told me that “the staff at ELANIC didn’t want to see me again,” which left me crushed. When I confronted her later, she denied it. But when my SAR report arrived, that statement was right there in black and white.
I escalated to a Stage 2 complaint, addressed to Managing Director and sent it 56 working days ago. I have had no acknowledgement, no reply, and no update. Every email since has been ignored.
I’ve of course been offered revision and its schedules in but I’m terrified, uneasy and traumatised. How am I meant to go through with revision. How am I meant to live looking like this either. My original thinking was I have no issues with surgeon it’s aftercare negligence but since that surgeon also owns the clinic then at this stage he is also complicit to the entire service not had to date.
Update: have since spoken to clinical manger who said they’d give me direct email for future use. Still waiting. Still waiting on the missing sars and still waiting on them confirming when the complaint will be completed because no one will say when the 60 day period to do so started. Of course it’s well over it but still the transparency would be great.
I had a great experience at Elanic! Surgeon Stipo Matic made me feel completely safe and confident throughout the process, and Candice made the booking so easy and seamless. Highly recommend!

I recently underwent augmentation mastopexy with Mr Stipo Matic and I couldn’t be happier with my experience or the results. From the very first consultation, my surgeon and their team made me feel completely comfortable, heard, and supported. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and guided me through every step with honesty and care.
The day of the procedure went smoothly, and the staff’s calm professionalism instantly put me at ease. Recovery was far easier than I expected the clinic’s follow-up care and detailed instructions made a huge difference. Within just a few weeks, I felt back to myself only more confident and in love with my shape.
The results are everything I hoped. It’s incredible how such a change can boost not just your appearance, but your self-esteem.
I would 100% recommend Elanic.

I signed up for hip replacement in November 2024 and paid £1000 deposit for surgery in January 2025.
It never happened, my surgery was cancelled 5 times. Each time I was told it would be rescheduled in the next couple of weeks, so being self employed I couldn’t take new customers and have lost significant salary not to mention damage to my reputation as a reliable business!
Long story short, the cancellations also impacted on my health so surgery had to be postponed. I agreed they could keep my deposit until I was well enough. They assured me I would be given a full refund if I decided not to proceed because of all the cancellations.
I am now getting op on NHS, so have cancelled Elanic yet still waiting for refund.
I accept their reasons for cancelling surgery as it seemed it was outwith their control however, not refunding deposits or replying to calls/emails is inexcusable.
Anyone having similar problems should report them to the regulatory body for private health care in Scotland.

Worse company ever , it has been over a month and i didnt get my refund back . They pushed me so so much to put a deposit down..They have even breached their own contract as it states refunds are given within 28 days ! You are only money for them and if something goes wrong forget about getting your money back ! Avoid avoid avoid !! They also ignore your calls and emails if something goes wrong !!
Excellent service from day one. Had a hip replacement performed by Mr Bryceland. He has a great beside manner and was a big part of my deciding to use Elanic. Given the price I was a bit hesitant, given the competition were much dearer, which makes to wonder if the service will be as good. There was absolutely no need to worry! I was out the same day, walking without sticks in the house in two, two miles daily after that and stick free in two weeks. Very, very pleased!!

This company has terrible work ethics, appointments getting cancelled on the day of treatments. First time I was on operation theatre table when I was given news that the surgeon was not coming! So it was rescheduled. At that time I thought unforeseen things can happen to anyone and although rescheduling surgery was very inconvenient, I accepted the situation. This was few years ago. About 2 years ago I had an appointment with a nurse for non surgical procedure - again got a call from Elanic few hours before to notify me that the procedure was cancelled, at that time I did complain but the only answer I was given was- we are sorry! I rescheduled the appointment. Today I had the same procedure planned with the same nurse and few hours prior to the appointment I got a call from Elanic , notifying me that the appointment was cancelled as the nurse was not available! I am a busy professional with full time job and two children and I had taken my holiday time off work for this ! This happened 3 times! I would not recommend using this company to anyone! Work ethic is terrible! No respect to patients!
Deposit not refunded – avoid this clinic
I booked breast augmentation with Elanic and paid a £1,000 deposit, which I was told in writing would be fully refundable. At my consultation, I was suddenly quoted an excessive amount more than what I had been led to believe based on the initial telephone call, I made the decision to cancel my surgery whilst at my consultation and soon after submitted a refund request as advised.
It is now nearly September, and despite contacting the clinic multiple times, I have still not received my money back or any update on it for that matter despite my many attempts at reaching out. After being continuously ignored via email I then decided to get in touch via Instagram and was told my query would be “forwarded to management” but unsurprisingly I’ve had no response since. Meanwhile, the same staff member who ignores my emails has been contacting people I know, pushing them to book surgery- proving the email address is monitored and it is a case of deliberate avoidance.
To make matters worse a family member is also waiting on their deposit refund from months ago, which indicates this is not an isolated case.
This is completely unacceptable, and I will now be pursuing the matter through small claims court. I had hoped to resolve this amicably but the complete lack of professionalism and utter disrespect to ignore me and withhold my own money from me is an absolute disgrace and has pushed me to take matters further.
My advice: do not hand over any money to this clinic until you are absolutely certain about their practices as clearly this is a recurring theme for elanic based on my, my family member and other people who have attended this clinics experiences that are mentioned within this review thread.
Dreadful!!! Have been waiting since April for a consultation fee which was cancelled.
Very very bad outcome loosing all my face is a mess the skin won’t heal random bruises pop up on my face swelling lasted months and months followed post advice I don’t think I was even suitable for ablative laser and disfigured with the mini lift . Staff ignore you unless you’re obviously interested in a procedure they respond very quickly .
I had breast surgery performed by Mr Paul Drake. I went in for my consultation and I felt Paul was very professional and honest about what results I could expect from what he could achieve, I felt he was not trying to sell me the procedure and that he had my best interest .
Following on to the day of my procedure the surgeon, the anaesthetist, and nurse knew I was nervous and made me feel so at ease and all talked me through everything . Aftercare has been great. This team are kind and caring. I cannot fault them.
I am blown away by my results. I cannot thank the team enough!

Everyone at the clinic were very caring and understanding. Mr Kevin Bryceland, the surgeon, explained everything to me in full and quashed any fears or anxiety that I had. Johnross Cargill, Medical Patient Co-Ordinator Lead, was exceptional and looked after me superbly. All in all a fabulous experience and I cannot recommed highly enough.
