I should have researched before buying. The lashes were defective did not align on the applicator. Immediately requested a refund and never got a response back.
Big scam!

Terrible, terrible product. Even worse customer service. The website boasts a 30 day money back guarantee, but when I requested a refund, I was told that my purchase was just buyer's remorse and they refused to refund.

I ordered & paid for 4 rebel loon pins from ellacraft & only received 3. Sent 4 emails to ellacraft at their support email & all were marked undeliverable. There is no other contact information. My order was HAA12022!

I received my lashes and immediately realized they would not work for me as they were not long enough and one set was damaged. Initially I was very persistent in asking for my money back under their guidelines of return. They either ignored me or stated they already answered my request. I finally gave up and am out $36. Horrible business to work with.

Customer service is non existent! The eye lashes are so small and don’t fit my eyes (my eyes aren’t big and normally other lashes are too big, so this was a first). I reached out for their “money back guaranteed” if not 100% satisfied…. What a bunch of lies! No one responds to assist you with returning/getting a refund. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Horrible product, very cheap, the “fuller” ones are sparse short lashes.

Ordered lashes on 6/21/25 . As of 10/3/25, still have not received lashes.. Lying, scammer company saying that I cannot return lashes since it’s past 14 days. How can I return something I never received !? They are Refusing to return my money. Will be super vocal anywhere and everywhere that I can be. Just do the right thing, ELARACRAFT! Shame on you ! Do better !

Ordered the lashes on 8/12/25. Emailed their "excellent customer service" same day, just a few hours after ordering, requesting to cancel after reading the reviews. I did not receive an email back until 9/30/25 stating its too late to cancel (well no duh, its been a month and a half). I did receive the lashes but the quality is terrible. I could never wear them, lashes on Amazon are 100% better and half the price.

If I could give a zero I would. The order took almost 2 months to come in and I emailed the company accusing them that they had scammed me out of my money and they responded with the shipment comes from over seas. They did finally show up only to have both sets not work and not even magnetize to each other as advertised. So long 35 bucks.

I have been contacting this company by email about cancelling my order that has not been responded too. I even called and no one picks up. I believe that this company is a scam. They have billed my credit card twice and I called my credit card company and I have explained the situation. Also
there is not a return address on their
package for me to return it. I have contacted and they still haven't cancelled my subscription neither did the respond to my email

their support with no prevail.

UPDATE: I still never received a response from this company, but my order finally showed up.

I ordered two sets of lashes. Twice. The first order went just fine. The second order they have not sent them. Their bogus tracking website has no tracking progress listed, but states they were delivered. Multiple emails and calls for status have been ignored. Total scam company. Do not order from them.

I ordered 2 sets of lashes which means it would be 2 pairs in each container received. Both containers only had a set for 1 eye. I immediately sent In a request for refund as the proper product amount is incorrect. Per their email, it says because I opened the container, they cannot issue a refund. There is no way to see the product is missing a complete set without opening the white opaque box. They don’t even honor their own refund policy. I hope they get the karma they deserve.

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took them almost two months to get back to me and when you call their number…it’s a Google Voice number. I contacted them immediately after receiving my order(the day I received it) on July 18th and I received a response from them on September 10. Unacceptable!!!! The product does not work. Beware!!

They took a month to delivery. Waste of money, and time with those lashes because doesn't work. Scam Company

Admittedly I made an impulse purchase based on very nice advertising!! DO NOT purchase from this company. They are a SCAM. I was charged immediately and DID NOT receive my purchase. I tried to contact them by email and phone. NO Response. Now I’m dealing with my bank to dispute the charge. SCAM! I wish I had checked the reviews first! Be warned!!

I ordered lashes in December 2024 and never received them. I had emailed them many times and finally heard back now, August 2025 that there is nothing they can do for me because my order was placed when they were under previous ownership!

This is a scam. The eyelashes are plastic and I purchases on a bogo and received only one set . Their product is cheap . I requested to return for my money back and they said it is outside of their 14 day window . I ordered on 8/2 and received on 8/22. I requested return on the day I received then 8/22. I keep emailing them and sending proof of when I received and now they are not responding to me at all . Keep your money not worth the headache . I will dispute with my bank now.

False advertising, they do not have fast shipping, they do not honor the money back guarantee and they don’t work well at all! The magnets don’t even line up!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Starting with no confimation of order. Then when I cancelled or I should say tried to cancel they completely ignored me. So once again I'm tying to cancel with no response from anyone. The phone number they give you goes to VM and no response from anyone.
