I would give zero stars if possible. I didn’t realize this was a scam, should have checked first, obviously. I was suckered into buying two sets of lashes, with one free pair. I also purchased a lip stain. After no receipt of products I sent three emails with absolutely no response. I just left a voice mail, with little to no hope of a response. How do we get a refund?

Complete scam!! Do not use!! The lashes broke the first time I attempted to use them, didn’t even get one wear out of either pair. Then without making it clear at all they have made me somehow sign up for a subscription and sent another order a month later for double the price without the discount on there. Complete scam and make sure to check you haven’t subscribed too and cancel it right away

Do not waste your money, they do not work. I have reached out 3 times to return the eyelashes. They do not adhere to the magnetic eye lash applicator, they kept falling off. The company has yet to respond to my emails.

DON'T BUY THESE. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND THEY DON'T RETURN EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. ONCE YOU GET THESE YOU ARE STUCK WITH THEM. THEY DON'T WORK. YOU CAN'T EVEN GET THEM TO STICK ON. I TRIED 4 EMAIL AND MULTIPLE CALLS TO THEM.

They will not respond for a return. Lashes do not work as demonstrated.

ElaraCraft is a total scam. I paid for “Buy One Get One Free” and got charged double. Paid for fast shipping — my order didn’t even leave the country for a week. Oh, and they snuck me into a subscription I never agreed to.

Customer service? Useless. They ghost you the second you ask for a refund. This company is shady, dishonest, and not worth a single cent. Avoid at all costs.

Would give less if I could! I stupidly ordered from them 6-18-2025 & as of 7-11-25, still nothing. I have a tracking number, but it hasn’t updated since 7-1 & is shipping from China! Contacted customer service, crickets. The website said 5-8 day shipping. 🤣🤣🤣 I will be contacting my bank & contesting this, DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!!!

This product is a joke. I wouldn’t use these lashes unless you were going for a dilapidated horror look.

Also, they do not honor their return policy.

I bought 2 sets of lashes for $38, buy one, get one free. It took 3 weeks to receive my product. The first time I wore them, I lost half of the lash because it slipped off when I blinked. I emailed customer service for help and still haven't heard back... its been another 2 weeks. Maybe I need a fixer glue to prep lashes before wear? I will never order from them again. This product is TRASH.

update: the company finally got back to me, but after my return time limit was up by one day. they said since it was out of the return window, I could not return the defective product.

I wish I were able to give this company a negative star.

Like many, I was tricked into purchasing on Instagram and immediately regretted this decision. I emailed to cancel my order within minutes of it going through. I ordered on Sunday, emailed to cancel on Sunday, and followed up on Monday as I did not receive an answer. Today, I received an update that my order was processing. I have been consistently emailing them back to cancel and refund my card, which has already been charged. They do not employ real humans, as I have continued to get automated responses that do not even answer my question.

I will be calling my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge.

I admittedly made an impulse purchase on Instagram. When my better judgement kicked in and I looked this scam of a company up, I immediately (5 minutes later) requested a refund and cancellation. I emailed them several times, and never once received a reply. Today, I got word that my package has been shipped. How is this considered support? How is this okay?

Total scam! You only receive one lash for each eye. When you contact them for a refund they sends you a stock response saying there is nothing they can do as it is within 14 days of receiving them. I am messaging the day after delivery which is within the 14 days but they refuse to refund. Do not buy from this company it is a sham company set up to rob people of tiehr money.

Stay away from this company!! They will continue to charge you. There is no return address for this product. Stay away from this company.

This company is a total scam! Took 19 days from the time I ordered until I received 1 eyelash! I ordered TWO sets, but only received 1! Not even a set, just ONE lash...as though I only have 1 eye! Also, they don't work at all! The lashes do NOT magnetize! Can't get through on the number on their website, no way to look up my order, much less request a refund and they have not responded to my email. I'm currently disputing the charge with my credit card.

I wanted to try them and ordered the 2 for 1, not realizing that in doing so I was also being set up for a monthly reoccurring subscription. Not my intention at all, and pretty sneaky on their part in my opinion. As soon as I realized I was about to be charged the full price for 2 more magnetic lashes that didn't even work and slipped right off, I immediately attempted to contact customer support (they only provide an email), which conveniently went unanswered until it was too late and my debit card had been charged. After receiving the second set, I immediately attempted to contact them for a return, but my numerous messages went unanswered again and again until, conveniently, the return window was over! I feel completely scammed and like someone stole from me. I asked them to still honor a return, since I had clearly been trying to reach them inside the return window, but I doubt I will hear back. I might have to wait for the class action lawsuit against this fraudulent company to ever get my money back. TOTAL SCAM!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I ordered from them over a month ago. I have no update on shipping, the customer service says I need to contact the courier but they have no idea who the courier is. I have no way to get the product or a refund. This is a scam.

I ordered but never received. I contacted them and they said they can’t find a tracking number so check with my postal carrier! They didn’t even send them! Never order from this scam of a company.

I ordered the product and cancelled it within 10 minutes of purchase, because it had a subscription attached to it. American Express was notified and I had a charge pending hold placed on Elaracraft.

Even though I had canceled the subscription and cancelled the order per their websites rules, the product was sent to me, with no paperwork or an address to return the product.

I emailed Elaracraft over 10 times for an address to return the product. No luck. I did take screenshots of my canceled subscription on their website.

Yesterday, I get an email that said they were sending me another order. I went back to their website, cancelled my subscription again, which was somehow reactivated. Call Amex to warn them.

I emailed them again, asking for a return address. The return product address they sent was incomplete no city or State. After 4 emails with an incomplete address, they sent me an address in a city that does not exist. I emailed them that there was no city in the USA with that name, and no State that has CC as its abbreviation. Plus the zip code they used was 12345. A unique code used only by General Electric. This is copy of the last email sent by them;

Amex could not find a return address for Elara Craft either, so they blocked the payment.

Unfortunately I think I will have to do this every month. All I wanted to do was returned their unopened product.

So I emailed them again saying when they send me a real address I will return the product.

I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be contacting the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Terrible quality, magnets do not work well with the applicator. Do not waste your money!

Terrible product that doesn't work, and the company is a scam - they don't honor their 14 day return policy (I requested a return of my subscription -- that I don't remember authorizing -- within 2 days of receiving the products. Their customer service is just ignoring me.
