Would give them zero stars but you only allowed to do a one star I ordered these lashes took forever for me to get a confirmation that they were shipped then I got an email from Uni Uni, who they use to ship saying it was delivered. The email included a picture that was not my house. I sent several emails to Uni Uni and Elaracraft and still have not gotten a refund or replacement. They keep sending me robot replies via email. Beware do not buy from this site.

Asked for a refund the day I received this product. One lash was missing and poor quality. They have yet to refund me or even responded back to my email. BEWARE - DO NOT BUY!! This site is total trash and so is their customer service!!

It's all true it's a scam. Never been able to put them on once. Emailed them asking for a refund after they signed me up for a SUBCRIPTION! They charged me hundreds of dollars instead of thirty five. They just kept charging me for the shittiest eyelashes ever made. They refused to give me a refund and I had to finally get a refund through my bank. Truly the worst company I've ever encountered. I'm scarred from the experience they should be shut down.

BEWARE! This company is running a scam and I’m embarrassed to be one of the victims. Their website indicates they have a money-back guarantee and refund policy, but they don’t. I have contacted my credit card company for help because after 11 days of waiting for a response from Elaracraft, I was told, “we cannot refund simply because you don’t like the product.” Isn’t that the point of a “happiness guarantee?” Ridiculous.

The lashes DO NOT work. They don’t stick together. I tried submitting a review with a video to show people and they denied my review.
Also have. Tried customer service 3 times for a refund since they “say” money back guarantee if not happy… I can’t get anyone to email me back.
Don’t do it.

Did not receive my order! They will not refund me or send me my lashes! Horrible. Do not order from them.

ZERO stars would be more appropriate! Total SCAM! You're actually better off if they never arrive and you can dispute with your CC company! I wish I had done my due diligence before ordering based off a video. Lesson learned, research EVERY website that has influencers before ordering.

Total Scam!!! I wish I would have seen all this before. They should be arrested for fraud and all the money they have scammed out of people!! So frustrating and upsetting they just get to keep doing this to people and nothing is done about it

I wish I had thoroughly read the reviews on these lashes. They do not work the way they say- they do not go on with ease as advertised. They do not bend to your eye. They look terrible on and they will not refund your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

The magnets do not connect after you put them on the applicator. Company will not respond to refund request.

After trying tha lashes they did not work for wrote to them trying to return them they requested I send a video to explain and demonstrate the problem which I compiled only to be met with this response from them or should I say excuse.

Total SCAM! Ordered one set and was charged 4X. I had to go thru my CC company to get it credited back.

Update: I did receive the lashes. I’m trying to get up the courage to wear them. They are a little tricky to get on. ——-I'm upgrading my last review of this company. I'm in the "trust but verify" stage. Someone finally answered all 8 or so of emails. They are having processing issues, they claim. I hope that they will be able to send my order soon. Updates coming soon, I hope.

Scam business! Ordered lashes months ago. Have emailed 3 times and nothing. Absolute scam!

Same as what others have said. Ordered 2/4/25. Payment processes 2/5/25. 3 emails and a website direct message and no response. Order number doesn’t exist on their site. Going to try for a refund through other avenues as I did complete payment through shop pay. So frustrating. Will also contact BBB.

I placed an order on 2/2/25 and my bank account was charged on 2/3/25. I have yet to receive my lashes or an email confirming that they were shipped. When tracking my order from their website, it says my order cannot be found. I've reached out to their support email 3 times now with no reply.
I would recommend NOT ordering from them as it appears to be a scam.

I ordered a magnetic lashes got a confirmation email but no notification that the order was processed and shipped. The order number provided in the confirmation email does not show up on the website to track info. It was ordered in the 2/2/25 I have sent emails to the company inquiring about my order. I have not received my order nor any reply/acknowledgment from the company…meanwhile I paid for somthing that I never received! Yes I checked my bank statement, the money was taken out! BeYOND Frustrated!!!!

This company doesn't respond to emails. The email conf shows it will be shipped via usps mail and should arrive in 5-7 days. Here I am 2 weeks later and the shipping status hasn't updated. I've sent 3 emails with no response. Of course they don't even have social media sites that exist as another way of contacting them. It's terrible. I wish Shopify would shut down sellers like this.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE - I PLACED AN ORDER ON JAN 23, 2025 AND I HAVE YET TO GET AN ANSWER, UPDATE OR MY PRODUCT. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND NOTHING BUT CRICKETS ON THEIR END - I TRIED TO LOOK FOR MY ORDER WITH THE ORDER NUMBER I WAS GIVEN AND IT STATES THAT "CAN'T FIND MY ORDER" - WHAT A JOKE
