Not the greatest experience
Prompt delivery of Easee EV charger and smooth transaction however the unit was faulty and I was referred to the manufacturer who have not responded with any remedial solution. 2 weeks on and I’ve had to employ a technician to fix the unit. Disappointed as no one is taking responsibility.

System needs review.
Got the products. However at check out, I specified an alternate shipping address but the system reverted to main. Quite annoyed as it cost me additional to get it collected. Did email the helpline, they said they were on it but sadly didn't manage. Just wish I had been emailed as soon as they knew they could not redivert it.

Amazing service
Amazing service, was a bit skeptical as I'd never heard of them before and the product I was buying was so much cheaper with them than anywhere else.
Delivered with DPD, I missed my time slot and Eletric shop rang me to make sure the new delievery time and date was going to be convenient for me and not missed again. We all know any other company stops caring once the product leaves their wearhouse.
Very pleasantly surprised, immediately checked to see if they stocked any other electrical that I'd been considering (unfortunately they don't) but they will definitely be my go to shop for future purchases and ive already started recommending them to family and friends.

Next day and free deliver, what a service.
When I was ordering my 2 wall heaters, it said next day and free delivery. I ordered it on the Monday afternoon and I didn’t pay delivery and it arrived on Tuesday afternoon. I was delighted.
The wall heaters were cheaper than I expected as well.

The website is a scam
The website is a scam. Ordered £100's of pounds if goods which have not arrived. The telephone number does not connect and all emails have gone unanswered. The so called courier they use also has no contact details either. DO NOT USE.
