I ordered on the 27th of November for my boyfriends Christmas present, ONE item out of the 9 items arrived. I complained was told I was getting the order re-sent out, again, didn’t arrive. It eventually arrived two months later in February! Then two bars of the chocolate I ordered are out of date, so there was no quality checking. Do NOT order from this company, unfortunately I didn’t see the reviews, I do not recommend at all.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, I paid for express delivery and after 3 weeks order was still not sent. I contacted company 6 times and eventually got a reply agreeing to cancel the order but instead they send it out. I told them I do not want it and I will not be forced to pay express shipping charges on an order that sent out 4 weeks after ordering. The phone number does not work a d all messages are ignored- avoid at all costs.

Placed an order with this company for two bottles of alcohol on the 22nd January a week to ten days later I received my parcel to find only one of my bottles had been sent I’ve tried to email the company with no response and called the number which just cuts out I won’t be using this company again…..

Bought a drinks hamper for a special occasion on Tuesday 24th Jan, and paid for express (1-2day) delivery.

Still no notification that the gift has been sent a week later. Sent 2 emails to the customer support email address with no response, and the contact number is unobtainable.. My experience would advise anyone to avoid if possible

bad customer service and I didn't receive my order yet, I sent various emails to customer service and I didn't receive any reply yet .

I ordered on Tuesday the 24th and paid for next day delivery, it is now Sunday the 29th and I haven't received my order or have heard back from the company.

Ordered beginning of January with expected delivery within 7 working days. Still not received order by end of January. Emailed to enquire and was promised a refund if not dispatched by following week. No refund, no goods received and now my emails are being ignored.

Firstly I never leave reviews but this experience has been terrible. This so called company is a scam and their customer support is non existent. It has been a month since I placed my order and still no goods, I have been told I will be getting a refund but that was 2 weeks ago.

Seriously avoid.

Paid for next day delivery 12/01, I have received one email response to date, despite persistent emails and direct messages on social media (their phones are cut off) They responded to me via direct message on Instagram only after criticism from myself and others in the comments section. They then proceeded to delete these comments and block me. Offered 25% discount on my orders which still hasn't been fulfilled. AVOID.

Emailed the company 19/01 to express my concerns and see if someone could trace my order - as yet no reply….

Purchased an order with a standard 2/3 working day delivery - still waiting a week after - no response after contacting customer services or contacting on social media!

Ordered product on Jan6th still no sign. Avoid this company ….

Recentl dealt with this Company but received the wrong order of wine instead of Vodka, i contacted them and they said they would refund but I could keep wine as goodwill gesture…didn’t happen at first but after contacting again they reimbursed all cash paid including postage, so a win in the end and overall satisfactory customer service…..Joe McKenna

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mum.

I made an order for gifts for family at Christmas time. I ordered the cherry au vodka and received the au fruit punch I emailed them and they ignored me haven’t heard anything since. Shame as your reasonably priced and fast delivery but certainly after your arrogance of ignoring my email and sending me the wrong item days before Christmas when there was no time to send back to exchange I won’t be even looking at your website again let alone ordering.

I wanted a service that I could buy a special drink, for a special birthday and pay in a way that I could afford.
I found elitedrinks and was VERY impressed. Ordering was straight forward, with a lovely selection of drink packages inc. Champagne.
I got the package delivered directly to my friends address and she was surprised as I'd hoped.
I have used this company again since and have had no problems again with overall service. So would definately recommend.

Great and varied selection of drinks and limited editions. Always comes on time, never had a problem and have used them multiple times!

Amazing service. Quick and easy. Delivery was quick and securely packed. Will definitely order again.
