Made my Vacation that much better!!!
What a amazing house. Clean, spacious, perfect location and easy check in and check out. Made my trip one that I will never forget. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't stay in this house forever. Hahahahaaa. But honestly will definitely return and when I do it will be threw this amazing company. Laura and Bonnie were amazing with helping me with my reservation and the rest of the staff were just as amazing when I dropped off my keys. Above and beyond. Highly recommended and can not wait to return.

We stayed in a villa in Emerald Island…
We stayed in a villa in Emerald Island in August 2019 the villa was absolutely disgusting the carpets were filthy with dirt from what could only be years of dirt, the sofa was disgusting also with ingrained dirt there was stains on the walls that looked as if they hadn’t been painted for years we also had to cover the sofa with sheets just to sit on it. The pool area was black with dirt the pool was covered in leaves that we had to clean it on arrival because the netting was ripped allowing leaves just falling into the pool, we complained to the management company who said they would send round cleaners but they never arrived for the whole of our vacation. The management company offered us a voucher for $50 dollars off of our next meal as compensation which we didn’t bother collecting this on a holiday that cost £$5300 to say it ruined our vacation is an understatement. We have stayed in multiple villas in the Orlando area and have never had to complain about any of them before.

The house was perfect
The house was perfect! The area was nice and close to a lot of food and shopping places. The neighborhood was quiet and had a playground for the kids. The pool even had floaties and balls already so it saved us a lot of time and money. I will not hesitate on booking with Elite homes in the future!!!

We had a great time at this house for…
We had a great time at this house for our vacation. Stayed 8 nights it was pretty close to things to do. We stayed busy the whole time there were so much to do. The house was nice the teenagers I had with me enjoyed the pool and hot tub to relax after their busy days. Plan on returning as soon as possible
