Vacation Rental
We had a great week at our vacation rental. The only negative is we checked in on Saturday but had to wait until Wednesday to use the pool because it needed to be cleaned.

Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you experienced with the swimming pool. Our swimming pools are serviced once a week, however, sometimes after a hard rain or windy day, the pool may need extra attention. In these cases, a team member will be sent to address any concerns.
Regrettably, our records do not show a request for the pool to be cleaned. I truly wish we had the opportunity to address this for you, while you were staying with us, and hope you will accept our sincerest apology for the inconvenience.

It was very easy to book the house and communication was great. I originally attempted use VBRO and it was a disaster. They have no communication whatsoever and trying to book a room was impossible. Anyone looking to find short term rentals, Elite Vacation Homes is the only choice!

The House we stayed in was amazing
The House we stayed in was amazing. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because they did not let me know that paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are not included at the house, also, if you have a house with a Jacuzzi, it cost extra to heat it. I thought it was only extra to heat the pool. I didn't mind buying my own paper towels and toilet paper but it would have been nice to know before hand so I didn't have to make a second trip back to Publix for those supplies

We’re sorry you were not informed of our pool/spa heating policy. We try our best to advise our guests of this policy, by also placing it on our website and reservation confirmation. In order to heat the spa, pool heating is required, which costs extra. We truly regret you were unaware and hope you will you accept our sincerest apologies.

Thank you for your review and for providing us with feedback. First and foremost, I am truly sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. Customer satisfaction is our paramount concern and we genuinely take all guest concerns very seriously. Please be assured we have stringent procedures and standards in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
Regarding your concern with bedbugs, while in the past it has been reported in the Orlando area, this is the first incident that I have ever heard of at this property. However, we do take proactive steps to ensure that each and every home is free from any kind of pests. We hire a professional pest control company to inspect our rental homes, on a routine basis and they are instructed to immediately inform us of any issues. To date, I have not had any.
Our linens are washed with antimicrobial and disinfectant soaps and chemicals. Our housekeeping team also does a visual inspection of the linens before they are used. Anything less than 100% hygienic is not used and then discarded.
I hope you will accept my sincerest apology for your experience, and I can personally assure you this situation is highly unusual and not in any way typical in an Elite Home.
