Emerald Solar Reviews

Excellent installation and professional approach. Thanks a lot.

Excellent company from start to finish an extra shout out for the installation team they went above and beyond, very clean install from electrical and roof guys. They are a credit to the company.

Ridiculous company.

Had somebody come over to my house and offer for somebody to call me. I was already looking at buying solar panels so I thought this is perfectly convenient. I got a call from the sales office and instead of advertising dealing with me as a customer they started asking me a whole bunch of personal questions.

No mate, I'm not telling you private stuff about me. I don't care for your "eligibility" nonsense. I want solar panels installed! Who are you to tell me I am eligible or not. The bloody cheek!

Absolute useless waste of time company. I'll just go to somebody else to install solar. Why? Because I have decided I want solar. Not you!

I’m very happy with my solar installation. The whole process was handled professionally, from the initial discussion through to the installation. The team were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout.

The installation was completed efficiently and everything was explained clearly to me, including how to monitor the system and maximise the benefit from the solar generation.

The system is now up and running and I’m very pleased with the results so far. Overall, a great experience and I would happily recommend the company to anyone considering installing solar panels.

Right from the first contact my experience of Emerald Solar was great. The visit to discuss solar was informative and not at all pushy. I was given the chance to think about it. Once I'd decided to go for it the process was straightforward and quick with support readily provided for any parts of the process I didn't understand. The installers and electrician were professional and efficient.
In summary; great customer service, supportive, professional and efficient. I'd be very happy to recommend them to anyone considering having a solar system installed.

The full process from sales to full solar installation and commissioning was great and highly recommended Emerald Solar to anyone new to solar energy and wants professional services.

Great team from start to finish, kept up to date with application from start to finish. Installers were professional and efficient

great people to deal with nothing to much trouble

Very good experience with Emerald Solar, the installation and set-up were fairly routine and seamless. Would have been 5-star but their scaffolding contractors were very poor & we had to continuously chase to get it down. Other than that Emerald themselves were great & helped.

Emerald did a flawless job from start to finish. Installation was quick and tidy, and all the staff were friendly and courteous.

Amazing service. Very friendly, helpful and completed job to a high standard. Couldn’t do enough for you.

Yousuf moursi lovely chap, talked me through the whole experience and helped a lot.

I am really pleased with my Solar installation on my property. The procedure from start to finish was very efficient and the installation team were amazing and left my property clean. I would definitely recommend Emerald Solar for your solar system.

Elecrical instalattion completed on the day as agred. Service professional with great costumer service.

We decided to install Solar energy and we were very impressed with Darren the Sales rep’s presentation. The Scaffolding and team to install arrived and got the job done. However, we had a few issues with the location of the batteries and wiring as our original design to install was not possible. We contacted Emerald and within a week or so a second engineer Wais came to the house and relocated all the devices. He was amazing, made sure everything was done correctly, all cables made neat and tidy, the WiFi set up on the devices, fantastic. 10/10. The follow up call to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and everything was working correctly was the icing on the cake. Great job!!

Very professional company from start to finish, installation guys were excellent and made a fantastic job of the installation.

There were a few small issues but nothing major & each hiccup was dealt with quickly & professionally. All involved from installation teams & office based were all easy to speak to & very friendly. Very happy

I would highly recommend Emerald Solar. They completed my installation really well and even managed to get another panel on. Safi the main electrical guy was so good. Kept me informed of the progress and was very professional.
