Same as others posted, product that arrived did not match what was on site. Satisfaction guarantee started with 20%, then 40% refund. To get full credit they wanted items mailed to fake address in China (4th floor of modern building)

Open case in paypal, referenced these reviews and they closed case in my favor. 100% credit, and I get to keep these cheap crappy ferns. Should have known better. Thank you PayPal

All lies! Too good to be true? Absolutely. Took forever to get here. And. They are tiny, very fake looking, and unusable as advertised.
I would add photos if that was an option.
Do not waste your money.

Scam- the ugliest fake plants- Dollar Store sell better. Do not buy from this company!!!!

This company has mastered the art of bait and switch. Do not do not do not believe anything you see on their website. The ferns that you see being unwrapped on their website are 1000 times better than what you’re going to receive in the mail. I ordered four fern stems and I promise you they look like they came from a five and dime store. I got deceived so bad that all I can really do is laugh about it. If you’ve ever listened to a bad review now is the time to do so. Save your money and the aggravation of being disappointed.

The leaves received are sparse, not as full as shown on their website or in their video; really frustrating trying to get a refund. This business doesn't seem credible at all. Beware!

I should have found and read Trustpilot first! Emilylady is truly a scam. We ordered what was represented as two full/large ferns from their website and received two partially plant leaves. SHAME ON YOU, EMILYLADY! You are definitely not a lady!

BEWARE - false advertising.I ordered ferns based on video on the website. It was the worst purchase ever. It did not begin the resemble what I ordered. They offered 20% refund & then increased it to 40% & said I could keep the products. I refused & am now trying to deny credit card charge.

Who can we go to, to file a complaint? They need to be taken down from social media with their false advertising.
I called the grocery store in Chicago that the address had on the package. I spoke to a nice lady in the flower department and she said their address is being used and the persons name on the package keeps changing. They receive many calls about EmilyLady. I called BofA fraud department and they refunded me the $38. Such a scam that these people are making so much money off innocent people. I threw the cheap looking ferns away. Couldn’t stand looking at them!!!

Received two cheap plastic ferns and never received an invoice. I tried to return and was rejected at the address with Sarah as the contact person. Do Not Buy from them.

Absolutely not the quality advertised and no real means of resolution. They low ball a 20% refund and no return first, then 40% less original shipping or you pay significant return shipping to China and hope that in 6-8 weeks that the items are received and refunded.They definitely do not honor customer satisfaction and are little more than a scam.

These ferns are awful. I can’t believe I purchased them without checking reviews. I usually check first but failed to this time. I ordered the buy 3 get one free offer. They are NOTHING like the images on social media. They’re fake looking and very small. All four of my plants combined don’t look as full as the ONE that is advertised. Do NOT waste your money. I ordered them on 9/11 and received them on 9/24.

I purchased the silk ferns this company advertised on Facebook.
They show a beautiful silk product that is full and lifelike. They also claim that the product ships from California. Neither of these are true. The product delivered was a stalk of plastic. The day I recieved the order I requested a refund and a return slip. I was advised first that they would give me a 20% refund. I declined and the offered to refund 40%. I again refused and requested a full refund and to return the product. It took 3 days for them to respond and they basically told me I would need to send the purchase back at my own expense TO CHINA (approximately $20), they would consider the refund once they recieved the return that can take up to a month.

False Advertising!!! I bought the "buy 3 get one free" Boston Fern. After 2 months they arrived. What a joke!!! They were plastic looking, and a light faded green color. It would take a dozen of these to make a full plant. But who wants a plastic looking plant! Don't waste your money.

SCAM! I wish I could upload pics maybe a 15th of the size as displayed ( and I’m being generous) . I’m so sad bc I was so excited! 76% off was a great deal ! This is a joke. 12 leaves half were 12 inches and half were 6 inches.

I have gone back & forth with this company trying to get a refund. first they want a picture of the package, then a picture of the product, then an invoice #, then an order # then the amount I paid. Seems like all that info could be easily obtained with my name and they should already be aware their product is crap. Don't know why they need a picture. Anyway ... I have sent this 3 times and they keep e-mailing me to keep sending the same info. Total SCAM !!!!! Does anyone have a # for this company ??????
