Those ppl scam you. My bank has sent them a request for a refund. Im fixing to give to a lawyer and let them file a lawsuit against them and show all the photocopy of everything that are how this is false advertising and false misrepresentation. And put an act suit against them

This site should be shut down. I purchase 15 ferns from their ad and description in good faith. Boy have I been scammed. I order on 9/18/24 received the shipment in a large bag on 9/27. Pd for insurance thinking this would keep them from being crushed. These pancake flat 50 cent ferns hardly needed any extra shipping protection. Scam to get more money. I sent and email and told them I want to return and refund. 1)The reply was keep and get 20% refund. 2) I replied just want a refund 3)they replied we give you 2 options... "keep and get 40% of amount paid". or "Paying the fees to return the item and refund all your payments." 4)I responded "I'll pay the shipping fee for a full refund." They have stopped communication...Earlier replies they sent earlier were immediate and now nothing. My receipt even states "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" "30 day Refund No Questions Asked" .

The website shows beautiful pictures of ferns and flowers. You can buy better at dollar tree and cheaper. I have detailed documentation and pictures and even submitted the pictures to Emilylady Support.

At this writing probably my only hope of compensation will be with my Credit Card Company.

One other thing to note is the shipment has a label appearing from "Sarah 2164 Bloomingdale Road Glendale Heights, IL 60139"...the website leads you to believe they come from England or Canada...this address belongs to Jewel-Osco Pharmacy

Absolute scam. Do not fall for the false advertising. I even went to Amazon to check them out thinking it would provide useful info but even their product on Amazon is falsely advertised. Hoping I can get my money back from my credit card company because it's such an obvious scam now that I've received their product.

This company uses false advertising. They show large ferns what you get is little ferns that don’t even fill up a basket when you email them and asked to return them they don’t even return your email. This company is a scam company. Do not use it. you will lose your money Scam, scam scam scam scam they are cheating people left, and right .

Rip off! Scam! Not at all what was advertised! Don't buy from this seller! Beautiful big ferns were advertised but cheap little junk ferns were sent. Gives Facebook advertisers a bad name.

I also fell for the scam and wished I would have read the online reviews instead of the reviews that they have on their site which are all five star. What everyone says is true, this stuff is garbage and they are only offering 40% back and say it’s going to, cost $20 US to send it back to China. I too have threatened with my bank and credit card company and as of yet have received no response back from them. I am thinking that we should get a class action suit filed because I am sure that there are numerous, numerous people that have fallen for the scam based on all the negative views that I am reading online. Would be interested in hearing other people‘s opinions about this as I feel this should be our next step.

Emilylady Will not honor what was said in email correspondence from the company . Certainly did not receive even close to what was advertised in picture or description.

BIG TIME SCAM!! I know better than this. I can't believe I fell for this website and what they portray online is NOTHING like what you get. I ordered two flower hanging baskets and they look like crap. SO SMALL, didn't even include everything it said it does and for what I paid it would be embarrassing to even hang them on my back porch. Look like Dollar store inventory. I am so angry at myself as I know better BUT fell for the illusion of what they looked like here on the website. DO NOT order from this company.

We ordered three (get a 4th free) Boston Fern plants based on the beautiful pics shown on EmilyLady website.

What we received three weeks later were four tiny sprigs (not plants) that couldn’t be worth 50 cents each at a Dollar General Store. Wish we could post pics ….

That said, the return policy is a farce. Numerous emails with EmilyLady yielded absolutely no satisfaction. EL offered 10% off in first exchange, then 20%, and lastly 40% …. We finally had to dispute the charges with credit card company as EL would not issue us a prepaid return label (back to China) contrary to their posted return policy.

Save yourself some major aggravation & steer well clear of this company.

I bought artificial ferns, the picture/video of them looked amazing and real - I got scammed, they aren't even dollar store quality

The return policy says:Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. First they asked for:
1. Clear pictures and a video of all the items received.
2. A clear picture with the tracking number with the SKU number shown under the bar code on the package.

To address this issue, we would like to offer you a 20% refund for the product, and you can keep the product without returning it.When I refused they offered 40%. I told them,I will be giving EmilyLady the worst review

Absolutely a SCAM. Wish I had read the reviews before I bought anything from this SCAM company. They don't care they just rob you of your money with phony promises. Never heard from them, never received any product I paid for. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Spare yourself!

I wish I had found these reviews before I ordered these ferns. I agree totally with all of the negative comments!!!! They offered me 20% of the price back and I could keep the ferns. I said no, then they changed it to 40% back and keep the ferns. The short, skimpy, tacky ferns are in the trash. Waiting of a refund. Their “Satisfaction Guarantee “ is a joke. As everyone on this review site says—don’t buy these ferns!!!

This is a real scam! I purchased this mess and could have gone to Michael's craft store, if l wanted a flat fern in plastic you have to arrange yourself!!!!
It doesn't look like what they are advertising at all. Shame on these individuals!

I want to rate it less than 1 star! What a scam and a ripoff! I need to do more checking before I order things on FB! Shame on them not checking out these scammers! The product is a cheap piece of junk fern! Their offer of 40% off and keep the product is probably all I am going to get out of this! Shame on me for not doing my research! Won't happen again!

This 'company' is NOT located in the US but rather China. The items they sell are not as advertised and nothing as described or pictured on website.
They do not have a shop located in the US as originally described on their website which I now see has changed to England which I can only assume is fake as well.
IF you receive your order it will take about 3-4 months but certainly NOT what you thought you ordered.

These are horribly cheap quality. Definitely a scam and no idea why social media does not censor these types of businesses.

Worst ferns don’t waste time or money. 100% guarantee is not honored.

DO NOT BUY THESE FAKE FERNS!!! I fell for their false advertising including made up totally inaccurate description, fabricated testimonials, and pictures of some other ferns, not the ones I received! I ordered the buy 3, get 1 free deal for 29.98. What I received is a very skimpy tissue paper thin plastic shiny "fern" that is far from realistic! I've also been offered a 40% refund & keep their very inferior product. This company is in China, dishonest and does not care anything about customer satisfaction! Lesson learned. Will read real reviews before ordering any product from any company in the future!
