......don't waste your money......false advertising & fake product....not realistic, dollar tree & dollar general has the same product cheaper & it doesn't take 3 weeks to get. I don't know who the guy was in the greenhouse ad with his bouncy ferns......but clearly now they were real (in the greenhouse) & these are fake looking.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

So mad I didn’t do better research. SCAM! 4 little stems, not full bunches as advertised. Site and social media is full of fake profiles. Now saying I need to pay to ship them plus get hit with a $20 return fee- and it will take a month. Never buy this product!

This is false advertising at the highest level. I ordered six of these ferns which was supposed to make at lease two or more full plants as shown in their pictures. What I received is something you would buy at a dollar storage for about one dollar each. Asking for a refund as they indicate they will provide, I was offered a 20% refund and I can keep the product that I won’t use. Waiting for their response. Do not order this product. It is definitely a scam!!

HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!!!! DO NOT BUY. WE BOUGHT FERN AND RED FLORAL AND THE QUALITY IS RIDICULOUS. GREEN IS FADED AND CLUMPED IN SPOTS AND SO CHEAP. I REACHED OUT TO THEM AND NO ANSWER......

The advertisement states US product! This ships from China and their response was they didn’t have any in stock so they shipped from China. Does that make any sense? It was supposed to come from California and the email is not legit. What business uses a gmail account. PayPal allows their platform for payment and they should not.

The item I purchased is nothing like what is advertised!!! I have made 3 email attempts to get return information with no response. Must be a SCAM!!!!

Very disappointed
We ordered the “buy 3 get 1 free”. What we received is DEFINITELY NOT what is advertised. Each plant has about 15 stems with material that is similar to what you get at the dollar store. The 4 put together doesn’t make 1 of the ones advertised. I tried to return but they ended up accepting a 50% refunding. So very disappointed. I would’ve rather received what I ordered.
Ordered on July 18 and received on Aug. 5th. What a freaking scam!

I received my ferns today nothing like what’s advertised. You would be better going to the dollar store. You would pay much less and get better value.

The same thing happened to me when I ordered the Fern I just got to the dollar store value from it. Do not order from them. I didn’t realize it was coming from China. I thought it was coming from the US. Wasn’t what it claimed to be very angry

I ordered a faux Boston Fern from this company which was supposed to have a minimum of 88 branches. What I received was a dollar store quality fern with 18 branches. They will not provide me with a full refund and want me to send this back on my dime to china. They claim to be American but are from China. Even the package came from China. Horrible company, horrible service and cheap sub par product.
