le site est clair et la navigation aisée. Après avoir sélectionné une destination, la comparaison (qualité des hébergements, niveau des services, réputation) entre plusieurs offres (y compris avec d'autres sites) reste simple et rapide. La réponse du site sur le transport est complète (y compris pour les transferts et les bagages). Les prix sont élevés mais reste dans la moyenne basse à prestations comparables

Just got back from a great holiday at Rui Hotel Dubai.Staff were friendly and polite always willing to help,have to give a big shout out for Johra (emeritus holiday rep) who help us so much nothing was a trouble for her,polite professional and extremely friendly always a smile on her face.

On a pas les horaires des visites programmés par emirates holidays donc bloqués pour réserver Guetyourguide ou autres...

Certains hôtels sont pas toujours bien notés...il faudrait une sélection plus attentionné pour la satisfaction clientèle

Dommage, de ne pas avoir la possibilité de ajouter des visites, ce qui serait plus simple, dans l organisation

I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the appalling service provided by Emirates Holidays, particularly in handling my family’s visa applications for our upcoming trip. What should have been a straightforward process has turned into a nightmare, marked by incompetence, lack of communication, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

On July 29, 2025, I received a visa application form from the representative, the Holidays Supervisor, and promptly submitted all required documents, including completed forms, passport copies, and passport-sized photographs, on July 31. Despite my timely submission, I received no updates, prompting me to send follow-up emails on August 12 and August 16, both of which were completely ignored. This lack of response set the tone for the unprofessionalism that followed.

To seek clarity, I called the Emirates Holidays contact number (1800 879 592) multiple times. On August 4, August 13, and August 19, I was repeatedly told that the applications had been submitted and that I would be updated soon, with one representative even assuring me that the visas would be processed closer to our travel date of September 12. However, on September 3, a call to the same number revealed a shocking truth: no record of our applications existed, and a representative claimed they would only “then” submit them. This was nearly a month after my initial submission, leaving me dumbfounded at the level of incompetence.

On September 3, I sent a strongly worded email expressing my frustration, only to receive a response from the representative requesting a resubmission of one of the passport copies, citing immigration requirements. I had already provided all documents in the correct format, and this sudden request felt like yet another excuse for their failure to process the applications. The back-and-forth has been relentless, with no progress made despite my compliance and persistence.

The complete lack of accountability, inconsistent information from representatives, and failure to follow through on promises have made this the worst customer service experience of my life. Emirates Holidays, under the supervision of one of their representative, has shown a shocking disregard for customers’ time and travel plans. With our holiday fast approaching, I am left in limbo, uncertain about whether our visas will be processed in time.

I strongly advise anyone considering Emirates Holidays to look elsewhere. Their inability to handle basic visa processing, coupled with their poor communication and apparent lack of organization, is nothing short of pathetic. This experience has not only tarnished my trust in Emirates Holidays but also left me questioning the reputation of the broader Emirates brand. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company at all costs.

Always fly Emirates as my son stays in Dubai but decided to stay in hotel this time so booked emirates holiday. Everything was perfect from booking till holiday ended. Flight was excellent and stayed in le Royal Meridian resort and Spa. Flight was excellent and crew amazing and hotel was tremendous. There is also an emirates representative comes to hotel a few times a week which is good if you have a problem. Need to start saving to go back again.
