I'm in the process of using Emoov for the 4th time to sell a property. They are FANTASTIC. The price is incredible and the service is straight forward. I honestly don't know how they are not more widely known and mega successful but they SHOULD be.
Their customer service is superb. Whilst they are an online agent you can pick up the phone and call them and they will walk you through whatever you need.
Personally I love the fact that you can upload your own photos, create your own property description, and show around your viewers in person. It's much more effective to show people around your own property as you know your property best. And viewers appreciate it.
In short - with Emoov you can sell your property at the fraction of the price of a high street estate agent and have full control each step of the way. With excellent support from Emoov whevener required. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

What's not to like
What's not to like? Top rate service at a fraction of the price for a high street estate agent. Excellent portal where you are in control and can correspond with potential buyers directly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend fantastic service. Thank you Emoov.

Everyone should use Emoov!
Emoov are offering a fantastic alternative to the usual estate agent process. Obviously the saving on costs is a huge plus but also the instant contact with prospective buyers via the Emoov portal is much better than the time delay estate agent way. ( it was much easier for viewers to send messages out of office hours). Uploading property details and going live was very quick and easy to do. Viewers told us that they preferred owners doing their own viewings as questions could be answered directly and not relayed. It was also easy to speak to Emoov on the phone and also emails were answered out of office hours. Cannot praise highly enough.

Saved us a lot of money! Easy to use/straightforward, got us on Rightmove without recourse to regular estate agent, generated plenty of viewings. Communication good, costs transparent and reasonable. An excellent service which I would highly recommend.

Straight forward but if the sale doesn't happen early, which it didn't costs esculate.

If you're curious, give it a go... Nothing to lose only £1000s to save!
I'm sure many people are apprehensive about using a non-traditional way rather than the usual high street estate agent. I was curious... I thought as I just use Rightmove myself these days to find a property, it really doesn't matter which company is selling it. The same buyers look in the same place regardless. This was proved right. In what has been a slow market anyway, we had about the right level of expected interest. Within 3 months, we accepted an offer. The process was smooth. I like that as the seller you have transparency over the process. I preferred showing people around my flat myself as, to be honest, when I view places, I find most estate agents useless. The owner knows all the answers to any queries any viewer may have. I like that you can edit your rightmove posting, including reorganizing or removing/adding pictures etc. Overall, it saved us about £11K so I really can't recommend it more!

So far, so good, in fact, great! Really friendly, patient and informative staff. I'm a complete novice to selling a house and also to navigating around a previously unknown web site, but all is well, six viewings and an offer (accepted) within five weeks and we had great fun putting up the For Sale board!

Emoov a simple way to sell your home.
Emoov was a really easy way for me to sell my property quickly without the expensive estate agent fees.
I was able to speak to interested parties directly, and could see any offers as they came in. As I was doing the viewings, I could also answer any questions directly which worked really well.
Once I accepted an offer Emoov kept me up to date up until it was passed to the solicitors.
Id recommend them. and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
