The best experienced with the company was the communication with the employee Toni.
She was an expert communicator, very customer oriented and very helpful.
If not for Toni the company would get less than 1 star - as they were not able to fulfill my order - they didn’t have a part in stock, didn’t have any lead time available regarding when the part will be in stock and didn’t send me any such information.
Glad that after waiting in vain for the order to arrive I called and spoke to Tony.
She was very pleasant, helpful, spoke clearly and was able to cancel an order for me, provided a part number so I could pursue it somewhere else.

My representative, Gen was efficient, helpful, polite and helped me find the part I needed and make the order. She is top notch.

First, my order was shipped right away and it arrived sooner than expected. Unfortunately, the part didn't fit.

When I called customer support, the agent I spoke with was very patient and knowledgeable in helping identify the correct part. I couldn't be happier with the solution she offered and my end result. If and when I need appliance parts this will definitely be my first to stop.
