Really helpful liaising on what might be best mattress for us, for getting fabric samples to me, for checking in and adjusting to ensure we had understood each other on the details of the order (around exactly what drawers I meant in the divan), willingly replied to my enquiries around lead time, could easily book delivery at time that suited me, delivery drivers were communicative, considerate, kind and accommodating, and very happy with the quality and function of the bed. Would highly recommend.

I have bought three metal beds. Haven't slept on them yet, but the beds look really good. The purchasing experience was pleasant. The order has been handled well. The beds were assembled quickly and in an efficient manner. The guys who came to assemble the beds were very polite and they did a perfect clean-up after finishing their work.

Chest of drawers -Website easy to navigate so ordering very straightforward. Arrived within stated timeframe and packaging was amazing. Really well protected so in pristine condition when arrived. Excellent quality and looks good in bedroom.

Ordered a bed and mattress. Arrived and delivered as agreed. Unfortunately one part of the bed was a wrong piece. The matter was sorted out quickly (problems happen - it is how they are dealt with that marks out a good organisation). I now have a sturdy attractive bed and a good mattress. Assembly was easy, instructions clear and tools were provided.

Eventhough the bed was slightly delayed with receiving it the communication was great with Hannah. The bed and the mattress is better than we imagined and we finally got a great sleep. Thanks Endurance!!!

Extremely disappointing service and product from Endurance Beds. I had read previous bad reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered the a steel bed frame on their website including assembly with 6-8 week delivery time for a total of £819 including £50 for delivery and assembly and £160 for spray painting. In Week 8 I emailed to confirm if it would be delivered and they told me there is a delay in production. I asked why they didn’t inform me that the delivery was delayed and they said they are a small business. Over the next 2-3 weeks I am the one who had to chase for progress. Product was eventually delivered in week 13 after placing the order. Endurance Beds informed me on dispatch that their website had an error and they don’t offer assembly for their metal bed frames but they would honour it due to delay in delivery, as if they are doing me a favour? The bed frame arrived with patches of paint missing, quite evident that it was not from damage but from them missing parts when spray painting. Endurance Beds offered me a can of spray paint. I asked for a refund of the £160 I paid for the painting and the fact I will now have to move the mattress myself, protect the surrounding areas and paint the bed myself. They refused and offered me a refund of £15.23! Their justification is they had to spend extra to assemble the product which was an error they made on their website - essentially penalising me for a substandard product delivered to me. Extremely insulting and would advise everyone to not order from this despicable company.

very nice products, delivery was good, we had an issue with the slats that were delivered with the bed and they quickly sorted it out.

I love the quality of Endurance Beds. I bought one last year with the metal mesh frame. The bed still looks like the day it was unboxed, not a mark on the paint. As well, it's just as sturdy. I'm was so impressed that I bought a second bed for my daughter with special needs. I'm hoping that it will be as durable as advertised. Now, my other daughter and son want one, too! I see more Endurance Beds in our future! I also note that the wait on lead times is worth it for these beds. I appreciate that a quality check prior to departure found an error in the headboard, which was quickly rectified after Christmas. All companies make mistakes. Whether or not they have quality control checks in place is what sets them off from the rest. I would buy again from this company.

Well made bed and it arrived earlier than estimated-the only problem was that the paintwork had not "cured" sufficently and was still giving off fumes which took about three days to get rid of. it might be better to delay the delivery and let this aspect settle.

Before I approached Endurance Beds, I spoke to a few companies about my vision for my most recent bespoke project. I have been turned out by people not wanting to do a difficult project, but then I found endurance beds and upon speaking with Hannah, we got to work. Throughout the process, Hannah was continuously in touch and kept the project moving. Once finalised, the bed with a bespoke headboard was built and delivered in less than 4 weeks. I could not be happier with the results of the bespoke piece and if I ever need any other headboard solutions, I will know exactly where to come. Thank you, Endurance Beds!!!

Delivery to room of choice is a GOOD idea, especially upstairs! We chose to assemble the bed ourselves and that turned out to be a good choice because we were able to make sure everything was done as well as we wanted it to be. The bed looks good and has the feel that it will last for years and years.

We have bought twice from Endurance Beds now. We bought wooden bunk beds and later a king-size metal bed frame. We love both. The only reason for 4 stars, not 5, is that the bunk beds which are supposed to be suitable for adults had an impossibly small clearance between the bottom and top bunks, the gap being just 68 cm (normal is 80 to 90 cm). We had to get Endurance Beds to make spacers and a longer ladder to raise the top bunk by 22 cm. This added £124 to the cost. Having said that I'm very glad that Endurance Beds were able to fix the problem for us by making spacers. The quality of both beds is high - very solid.

Easy to use website, plenty of choice and a wide range of options for a variety of budgets. Purchase was seamless, communication was good and delivery went well. This is the second time we have ordered from Endurance Beds, and will be our go to next time we need to buy a new bed!
