We are very pleased that you like the bed you purchased. We are very meticulous over the finishing of our products which should match the high quality materials we use.
We apologise that you feel you did not receive the greatest customer service. We always advise our customers with as much information as we can. Unfortunately, at times, we do receive delays to production in which advising of accurate timescales is difficult.
With that being said, we learn from every experience and hope we can avoid any issues like this moving forwards.
Sturdy bed but poor and uneven coverage of bespoke colour
I emailed and requested some colour samples before buying the bed which were sent promptly. The bed was also made and delivered quicker than expected which was great.
The spray job / dye dip on the bed is not fantastic. The foot end of the bed is particularly poor and I would have complained about the quality but then my daughter would be left without a bed and it would all be a bit of hassle.

The quality of my custom made headboard has exceeded my expectations, and the whole process of dealing with Endurance Beds has been brilliant. Communication prior to making the order was clear and timely, then managing the manufacture using fabric I ordered for delivery to them and arranging delivery. All for a very reasonable price compared to other quotes. I was particularly pleased that the spare fabric was sent with the headboard so I can make some matching cushions. Highly reommended.

Excellent quality Bed very sturdy. Very pleased with construction. They were super helpful with me regarding delivery, being disabled I need a little bit more help and they were and they were very informative and gave me a delivery date when I contacted them, once the delivery time was near.

Good solid bed, impressed with both the bed and mattress. Issue with the delivery through no fault of Endurance Beds. They fixed the issue immediately. Would recommend for sure.

Great product and customer service
The mattress is great, but there were some issues. Endurance were extremely quick to reply to my emails and resolve the problems, but unfortunately, we had two oversize mattresses delivered before the right size (6'3" long) finally arrived. Mattress is very good quality and will last for years! The delivery was good on the whole, but not without a couple of hiccups.

Absolutely dreadful service from this…
Absolutely dreadful service from this company. My worst online purchase experience EVER. Parts arrived damaged repeatedly, had to be remade, were incorrectly sized (I ordered a bespoke size which seemed to be beyond their capabilities), communication was terrible and I had to hassle to get any response. Took 3 months and 4 deliveries to finally get the parts to put the bed together.

We are very disappointed to see you have provided us with a 1* star rating. We ordered replacement parts without question as they had arrived with you damaged. The part that then required replacing again was of no relevance to the short term structural integrity of the bed.
I apologise however we strongly disagree with you that our 'communication was terrible'. We responded to you quickly on the same day where possible without fail.
Overall we are disappointed with this review. Given that all issues are now resolved and you are in possession of your fabulous bed.
8 weeks and still no bed
It says 3 weeks for delivery, it's been 8 weeks ans still no bed. Emailed every week for past 5 weeks, kept getting told next week. 4 kids have been sleeping on mattresses on the floor, there's no space to move in the room.

Looking into this, unfortunately the lead time on our handmade to order, metal quadruple bunk bed was incorrect on our website. While it read 2-3 weeks, this should've been 6-8 weeks. Our website team have now rectified this error.
The Christmas period must be taken into consideration when it comes to the eventual time taken for you to receive this product. You would've received this within the actual 6-8 week lead time should we have added this correctly to the website. Once again I apologise for the inconvenience.
Ongoing issues - bed yet to be finished
We ordered a bunk bed from Endurance Beds on 7th May. We are furnishing a new house and this was in anticipation of friends with kids staying in mid-July. We had a few false starts with delivery dates, and when the bed arrived it was minus the slats for the mattresses. We received these via another delivery but then it turned out one of the side rails didn’t have the holes drilled for the bolts and wooden dowels. We were bounced back and forth between Endurance Beds and their Manufacturer for 10 days, with both saying a new side rail had been dispatched, before we were called by the Manufacturer (interestingly Endurance Beds said they had no idea the Manufacturer got hold of our number) to say there had been a mistake, the side rail had not been dispatched, and they would manufacture and dispatch it forthwith. We have now received the side rail, but it is warped, and impossible to fit. Our friends with children have been and gone, we have made at least 25 calls to Endurance Beds along with multiple emails, and we have a bunk bed half constructed taking up our small spare room.
Edit: in response to the comment from the manufacturer below, the order no is #E1541. We eventually received the side rail we were waiting for so I have increased the star rating to 3. However, the whole experience was not great, especially when we were phoning between Endurance Beds and the delivery firm neither taking ownership when deliveries didn't materialise.
