Excellent service! Not just in the setup process but its the after sales service that surprised me! Always on hand to help! I had never used energy Geeks before, I thought this was just another company that given that same old chat about the renewal of my contract, and believe me I've had many companies on the phone. all saying the same old thing but to my surprise I had a call from a gentleman called Max Ferriday who didn't give me the same old spin, he was honest, straight forward and work really hard to give me the best prices possible , after many telephone calls he won the contract and the reason he won my contract was he did not stick to the same script, he tried to understand my business needs not just for now but for the future.
I still don't know much about Energy Geeks but I do feel comfortable that this gentleman has gone the extra mile to got us the best price possible

I have dealt with many companies with all rubbish service ENERGY GEEKS breath of fresh air. I can probably find a slightly cheaper company for my energy but when I email them they always come back straight away and are extremely helpful. 5*

Max has been very good and precise in this dealing,
Although is site is a small energy user max still gave it the 5*, help,he kept in touch with me and when i found my current broker lacking ,Max came out and helped solve my problem in a jiffy

i am really pleased with the lvel of care and service Max Feriday has provided me,and i am going to shift my renewals his way

Our experience with Energy Geeks has led us to take our compliant to Trading standards & Ombudsman. We have been mis-sold the supply of Electric and Gas which only came to light when another broker contacted our current suppliers for information to research for a good deal. The manner of their selling technique and constant barrage of calls to their unwillingness to listen to the reason we were dissatisfied in finding out that we were duped ! .. only informing us You have signed a legal binding contact rather than addressing the underhand way the contract was sealed!

Brandon was great from start to finish he was very helpful and explained any queries I had. Would definitely recommend smooth transition from one company to another
